Used to love this location. But it’s been so much slower lately. Ever since mobile order started it’s like they can’t get the drive thru orders in a timely fashion. So annoying spending 30 mins in the drive thru for a coffee.

Not to expensive and I like the coffee once in a while but I regret coming every time because the line takes 20-30 min and I get stuck and wish I never went. *also feel it’s not safe to not have an emergency exit*

it was all horrible. waited in line for an hour, ordered, waited to get to the window for another 5 minutes, and then waited at window for another 20. the drinks were done wrong. not blended at all and just overall terrible

This is the worst Dutch in the area. They are EXTREMELY slow, constantly messing up drinks. I ordered my daughter a “not so hot cocoa” and it came SCORTCHING hot, she couldn’t even drink it for over an hour.

Some Staff taking orders are not super friendly, I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes before receiving my order. They took two other cars orders that came after me before taking my order. My drink was good though. They just need more staffing.

Just spent 1hr 15 min in drive through. No employees outside but inside they were all standing around chatting. Nobody controlling vehicles outside 45min blocked in drive through a vehicle backed out and left a 3 car open space and another vehicle just pulled right up and cut everybody off.
We watched as people walked to window and got served. People in drive through were gettin out of cars and goin to window because it was faster to order and get there items. Then they go back to vehicles to wait until they can leave.
If there was an emergency in drive through there is no way out. This is a dangerous dutch. When my wife mentioned that this vehicle cut everybody off they said it happens and Nobody is outside to regulate.
