Stopped and got my husband a EXTRA HOT LATTE $7 later he said it was NOT even Warm!! Disappointed is an understatement! ( and i even asked is this extra hot?!

I actually love this establishment, the only downside is the actual town itself, it's horribly overpopulated here so if you come at the wrong (busiest) times you are looking at a 10+ car waiting line.. the actual service itself is incredible, such amazingly nice people and amazing baristas!

Not a great experience. Got in line and was next in line to order and were told “the other girl will help you”. After they were done helping their order, they went back up to the front and then began helping the person behind us. Then the original girl came up to take our order like nothing happened despite us being the next customers to begin with. After that, we order our drinks to where after leaving, found one of our drinks was completely messed up and not at all what we ordered but fortunately, one was perfect. No extras that we paid for were added and the drink was still messed up. Plus, drinks were watery and tasteless. Really disappointed with this visit and won’t be coming back. Other Dutch bros will make the drinks much better and offer better service.
Passed by here earlier this afternoon. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros on Blue Oaks Blvd. in Roseville, California. I went up to the window to order a drink. I ordered a Caramelizer Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. The service was good. It didn't take long for My drink to come ready. I noticed two other people sitting down when I arrived.
