I tend to go to the Antelope one because its closer to my house which has fantastic service. I go to to this one when im staying closer to my boyfriends house and I dont know if its due to understaffed or under training but 90% of the time i go to this dutch bros even if there is only 2-3 people in line im waiting well over 10 minutes for a drink. I've seen the Antelope one have 3× as many people and I get out in the same time frame. I only have this issue when I go to this one and its really frustrating when you order 1 drink with 2 people in line and have to wait over 15 minutes.

It's a drive through Coffee house, so there's your atmosphere. The young people staffing this particular one however, we're outstanding. Pleasant efficient service with a smile. My wife and I left smiling as well. Thanks!!

I got a large, sugar-free, lite-ice, Golden Eagle Chai Breve. It was delicious and served with the usual amazing customer service. You could see the sweat soaking the order takers hair as she stood in the shady outdoor shelter but she was still chipper and friendly.

I love Dutch Bros, I get drinks every day for my crew and I, usually always at this location since is the closest to my house, but lately the service sucks, they take too long to get your order not really friendly they confuse your drinks or they just don’t do it right, I understand things happen, BUT last night I was trying to get drinks with friends and even though there was only 3 cars in the drive-thru they took 35 minutes to take my order (in a rude, rushy way) and 15 minutes more to get to the window just to be told I won’t be able to pay $43 balance with a $50 bill… I didn’t have any other method of payment at the moment, so when I explained that to the “broista” she tried to explain to the manager, I mean after almost 1 hour wait time I expected the manager to take my payment, but she “couldn’t do anything”
At this point I went to a different location, got everything nice and smooth, I know they can do better for now i rather to drive a few extra miles to a better location better service, I do not recommend you to visit this location.

I love dutch bros I normally prefer them to any other coffee but having to wait 40 minutes in over 100⁰ weather is not it.. if you are not going to have a person out taking orders you should at least put in a speaker box to take orders ahead of time.. make it make sense, and to top it off, my drink was wrong
