I love dutch bros I normally prefer them to any other coffee but having to wait 40 minutes in over 100⁰ weather is not it.. if you are not going to have a person out taking orders you should at least put in a speaker box to take orders ahead of time.. make it make sense, and to top it off, my drink was wrong

Todd is always in such a great mood and provides excellent service. It has been one of the most well run Dutch bros I have ever visited and their entire team provides great energy for each visit.
