Taqueria El Burrito

I ordered chicken and shrimp with beans like I do at several Mexican restaurants.

When the plate came out, it was more than half filled with beans and very little meat.

I went to the counter to request more meat and was rudely told, “ I’ll have to charge you more!” I was charged $15.00 for very little meat and a plate of beans!

The ladies are not friendly at the counter and the food has a gamey taste. Especially the quesabirria taco. Tried their horchata at it was extremely watered down. Food was quite pricey as well.

This location came heavily recommended and the visit was worth every syllable they gave it and more. I ordered the tacos and burritos Al pastor and they really hit the spot. Money-wise I really felt like I was getting what I paid for and I've been back a couple times since my first visit. They are super nice and compassionate people if you have room in your heart for the human experience as well. And before I forget, lots of options in their salsa bar as well.

Late post visit a 2 weeks - Went on my lunch place busy service was fast and food was delish - ordered a wet bean/cheese burrito w/sour cream covered in their green sauce yummy

Their place is big and their menu selection is pretty big also. Molcajete, Chili relleno, Pork tamales, Lengua salsa verde, and Al pastor tacos are very good also! Good food, good portion, and good salsa bar. Decent Mexican restaurant.

The food is good but used to be better. The prices went up with inflation, and the quality of food has gone down with the price hike. This place used to be the main spot.
