My sister and I arrived at approximately 3:45 pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant had a few tabes occupied. Our service was swift and professional the whole time. The food was fantasic. So savory. We ordered an appetizer. The dim sum basket. It arrived well before our etrées, so we had enough time to enjoy each piece. My sister ordered the mongolian beef bistro plate and I ordered the honey walnut prawns. We had a choice of white or brown rice. Everything was SO good. Perfectly fresh. I also ordered a cocktail, so I am considering that in my 'price per person' section of this review. I have been wanting to eat here for twenty-four years and it did not disappoint! I am happy to have a small box of leftovers.

Used to love this place but it’s going downhill. Food lacked luster. Rice was dry. Nothing special. Poor service by Jackson. Never checked on us, unfriendly. No wonder the ratings have went down over the years. Too many good places in Roseville so won’t be returning.

My wife really liked it. She recently got a in mai tail. She said it was really good. It wasn't overly sweet. She likes to eat fried rice. We've been back there a couple of times just for that, and she also likes the honey walnut prawns😁🤩😀

My husband took clients here several months ago and said the quality had gone down hill, but I had a mom/son date night and we thought we'd try it. We got the mongolian beef, salt and pepper green beans (recommended by the waiter), honey walnut prawns and the imperial fried rice with bbq pork as a substitute for the traditional pork. Honestly, it was all mid. The mongolian beef and the prawns were the best. The green beans sucked. It was all heavily battered and extremely salty. Poor ordering choice. I let my 19yo order. The waiter was lifeless and didn't help with our dining experience. Slow service. He came almost at the end of our meal and asked if we wanted soy sauce or spicy sauce. Would we go back?....after this experience no. I had asked if they had the phoenix and dragon entree and he was clueless. Fats has gone down hill.

Manager awful. When I informed her the wine did not taste right, she had to scold me in front of everyone at table and tell me they aerate it so it was perfect and I was wrong. I later in private suggested to her not how she should have responded and she reacted by telling me to leave the restaurant. Place was empty I can understand why. July 30th 7pm.

Good food and atmosphere, all though I paid $68 for 2 dinners of orange chicken and rice that I could have got a panda for $20 . You're paying for the atmosphere mostly . I did get a cherry 🍒 blossom which was good and a sprite for the kiddo , still almost $70 . Next time panda ..js.

Small portions, depending on what you get. The service wasn't very good, but they were extremely short staffed.

Always have great food and service at fats, my favorite is Dim Sum basket appetizer and Hong Kong Speical chow mein. Higher end Chinese food light years ahead of your standard budget Chinese place in a strip mall.
