Jeff (the owner) and his team are top notch! The Cajun chicken sandwich is awesome if you love some "kick". They are quick, efficient, friendly and the sandwich shop is always clean and well stocked. I have minimal time on my lunch break, and I can always count on my order to be ready within the promised time frame. Thank you for excellent customer service!!
Was truly disappointed with my steak sandwich, And the service was 4 out of 10 at best. Would not recommend this establishment on any level.. so bummed..

If you know me, you know that I love a good sandwich. And, this place has a lot of them, lots of options and choices! Whether you’re in the mood for a hot, or a cold sandwich, there’s plenty to chose from and they’re all made with care and love. Having been to this place probably about a dozen times, I have yet to have a less than stellar experience. The customer service is always great, the sandwiches are fresh and made to order. If you haven’t been, you should definitely check this place out, as I’m sure it will exceed your expectations!!

This is the third time I have come to this location, and every time I seem to be very disappointed. I'm not sure customer service is something that is taught at this location at all. Everyone seems to be busy worrying about gossip and not having to work at all. It's pretty said that the food is awesome just the people whom you allow to work here suck. Perhaps hire people who actually want to work. I wish i could go to work and complain and not great customer when they come inside of your location. I payed almost 20 bucks for a sandwich and feel like I'm at a Walmart kiosk..... firehouse subs Roseville is garbage customer service wise....

Oh they are one of my favorite sub places in town I love their hook and ladder sub plus there chiefs salad is very good beware it's loaded with tons of meat and good veggies.
