Found this little gem in Sacramento and decided to try it out. The business is a nice split between family friendly fun and adult gaming. Enough people post about the general conditions of a business, but we had a disagreement at the business about a deal going on. The bartender, Connor, and the owner were more than reasonable and made sure to address my concerns. Connor really made me a priority to make sure my concerns were handled. The customer service here is top notch and I'll be coming back for sure on my next business trip.

Good food, fun gaming for the kids comfortable couch area for the parents to sit and relax. Hang out together overall a great family place. Definitely recommend check it out.

Great place for my son's 11 year old birthday much more comfortable then having a gaming truck with same value. The staff were great at helping the boys set up and transition games and good communicators for food etc.

The staff is beyond great; they are all so helpful, friendly and attentive to the kids needs when a game is stuck or they want to change games.
The food is also good; very reasonably priced and a good quantity. The vegan chicken wings are sooooooo good! Waffle fries are crispy and the service is super fast and was brought to us by a really nice person named Trevalyn; the name was so unique and so cool!
I wish this was closer to my home because it’s a great place for kids to bring their friends too!
My children and their friends had a really great time and can’t wait to return😊

This place is so fun. A ton of video game options and great food and drinks. We planned on staying for an hour but stayed for three. I plan on having a party or event here at some point just because it's so fun.

Been there since day 1.
Didn't realize it was a legit friend of mine that was running the show.
Excellent job bringing the LAN center vibe back, but with an adult side, and special things added other than just a dark room filled with computers/games.

Kid-friendliness: My first LAN center was in a tiny building back when I was 10-11. There were no perks. Just video games and pizza (the pizza store that was next door worked with the LAN center). But hey, that's all I needed as a kid. Grouping up in a room with other gamers and being able to play your own PC, but ur buddies get to be next to ya, doing the same thing, haha. That's all I cared about as a kid.
FireUp refueled it to the max. At least for the greater sacramento area.
You get what way more than what you pay for, as a kid/loner/outcast. It's much better to socialize while gaming.
That's how the Pro Gamers do it

10/10 weather you're a kid or an adult at this venue.
No judgment, or getting picked on. It's just a place for gamer nerds to find other gamer nerds. The die hard gamers are there to help the noobs evolve. ^_^.

This place is so coool! Went on a date night here and we played it all, $50 for unlimited games for 3 hours, which comes with 2 drinks and any food item. The staff was very helpful in explaining how it all worked and what’s what! We played Mario Carts, Fortnite, Rock band, even Karaoke'd at the bar. It was and brought back a lot of childhood memories playing their arcade games!
I only wish they had an adult night or time, no offense, but I hear my son play Fortnite enough aha but overall a good time, I would definitely go back! They do have private rooms as well, so maybe I would just book those!

They don't actually offer the games they claim to offer in their website, kinda defeats the point of claiming to offer any games when all of the games they have are free to play. Moreover, just by reading they way they interact with people who leave poor reviews speaks volumes. The quippy remarks coming my way say more about them then whatever discrepancy on my part they can blame all the problems I had on
