Not what I was expecting. I went here for a group event and the lights were overstimulating and I had a panic attack. I don't know what Esports is and neither did my mom, and they refused to give us a refund due to their policy. I do not recommend this place.

Best place to go, we went there for my son's birthday party and play their video game and it's free to play the arcade, for old school, for the game online, it cost money and it's worth it, the staffs are very friendly, would definitely go back :-)

Stephanie was a fantastic bartender. very attentive to her guests and made some really great drinks. she focused on her work and making her guests feel welcomed! honestly a really great employee to have! She had a fantastic energy that had me wanting to stay longer!

This place was hands-down, amazing in the beginning, but as time went on parents saw this establishment as a way to drop their boys off for a few hours, and not parent them. This has caused total chaos in between the computers and in the aisles. Boys shoving each other down behind your chair, tripping over your chair, yelling and screaming obscenities at their opponents, saying the F word, and smashing the keyboard and the mouses. They scream so loud that you can't hear your game. It's just so sad because this place had the potential to cater to everyone, especially the older crowd who are into gaming or competitive gaming, etc. but now it's completely overrun with out of control boys. It is NOT the patrons or the employees job to parent unoccupied children, we are not nanny's. I think it's time the owner makes a new rule where parents need to be with their kids and being an active presence. This place is a full bar at all hours, combined with dark lighting, neon lights...there is a clear adult undertone to this establishment...children need their parents. I took my fiancé here once for a date night and the boisterous boys screaming made the experience not enjoyable (and we came after 7pm), he didn't want to go back since.Most chairs are busted now and not comfortable. The mice are broken and some of the keyboards are missing key caps or not working at all.It's a shame because the real money is going to come from people buying alcohol and food, not just paying for game time. Cater to the adults and make a rule where parents need to be present.

I love coming here!!! been with my kids a few times and while they played on the pc, I have played in the cabana..didnt come for a couple months and seemed to remember us so that was a great addition..will keep coming as ling as I have time and this place is still open!!! A+++++++++
