Was looking for a nice place to stop on our way to visit family. Decided to try out the Five Guys in the closest vicinity to our approximate location. I figured it wasn’t going to be the best because it was a chain and usually isn’t very good.
But even with the bar set low, this place still failed. 5 minutes for a burger, cold top bun and slightly warmer-than-lukewarm bottom bun. Burger was falling apart like kinetic sand and I tried my best to eat it, but couldn’t.
The patty was okay so I tried to save it as I don’t like to waste food and don’t mind getting my hands greasy. The patty was cold within 15 seconds of being exposed to the air, and it was like someone pinched relatively 10-15 bite sizes of raw meat, clumped it into a circular shape, and then threw it on a pan.
I still picked it apart as I was also really hungry, but even while hungry it made me lose my appetite before I even ate the thing. A porous clump of dead cow with cheese seeping out of the cracks. At least it wasn’t raw.
The atmosphere? Bleak and dirty. 2 stars as there’s no need to beat a dead horse. Random boxes in the middle of the restaurant, one filled with cracked peanuts that you could grab if you dare. 4 trays stacked on top and a scooper. Nice.
At least the workers were welcoming and polite.

Ordered 4 burgers and fries, fries were amazing but 3 of the 4 burgers were wrong and one of them was a complete different one, too bad you guys didn’t get the order right when I paid almost $100

Placed order at 5:30 for pick up at 6. It is 6:20 currently and I’m still waiting on my order. Currently no other customers here but there are three employees. Food is always good but this is ridiculous.

I always love a Five Guys burger! The burgers are BIG and JUICY. Plus you can customize it, at no additional charge. They are beyond generous with their servings of fries. Now they've added more milkshake options and a combo meal deal that saves you money!!!

This is a really nice place to get freshly cooked, good quality burgers and fries. They make it fresh to order every time. Very nice people that work here. They always greet you with a sincere smile, never distracted or in a hurry to rush you. Always kind 😊 They should look into getting lights for their sign. Being tucked away in the corner like they are, you don't know it's there. A hidden gem.

Disappointed. I like Five Guys. Haven’t been for a few months . Patties seemed much smaller and did not even cover the bun . Store seemed a bit dirty.
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, one small burger and a large fry. It was plenty for 2 adults and an 11yo. Food was good enough. Love the salty fries. A large was plenty for the 3 of us to share. Burgers weren't much better than In and Out The total was $60! Be prepared to spend$$!
