This is not good food. The chicken is caked with paprika (and comes with all the musty flavor of too much paprika), the fries taste just like frozen fries from Walmart. The place was weirdly devoid of any other patrons.

local guide here, decided to come back to this place after a few years while passing through the area, and was greeted with customer service that was horrible. guy at the counter seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else other than at work. such an unpleasant experience. there are other reviews addressing the same issue. not recommending this place to anybody.

The chicken is good and juicy but the Nashville Hot seasoning they use is somehow very gritty. Some bites are like taking bites of sand. Not sure if I've just gotten unlucky or something.
Staff is nice and friendly but the inside of the restaurant could definitely use. . . . Something. It has a ton of open space and lots of blank white walls. Doesn't bother me but almost feels like the backrooms 😅

I placed a pick up order for 9:16, I arrived at 9:17 and showed the cashier my order number and he looked and walked away. They helped 5 other customers before coming back to me 20 minutes later, my food was made an hour before I arrived and was just sitting there. Everything was cold and not enjoyable not mention there was nobody at the counter. I would've asked for a refund or for them to remake it but they're closing in 20 minutes. Don't know if I'd eat here again or would even recommend it

Service was rushed, uninformed, and lacking in any emotion. The food was not great. Chicken was moist but not crunchy, and the medium had 0 spice. Fries were dry. Ice tasted nasty. Bathrooms were out of order. Chairs are cheaply made. And I got flack for asking for more sauce.
TLDR Just go to Angry Chick's. It's 10x better

Online ordering was nice. The associate I that I interacted with was very polite and professional. The food is very meh. We just got chicken sliders medium heat. I thought the heat was really low for medium, I would have considered that mild. The chicken was fine, middle of the road, not too dry, not super moist. The bread was fine. Not enough spread on the buns so the sliders were really dry. Very light slaw was on the bun, I would have preferred about 4 times as much slaw as what was served. Crinkle cut fries were also very mid, seasoning was not spread evenly, smaller portion. Overall I would skip this establishment. I don't want to be rude but it was just a very underwhelming sandwich.
