First off I got no meat in a meat burrito!? Second I got like four whole bay leaves idk why. This was my first time ordering from you guys and I didn't think it was worth it so I gave the burrito away. But seriously can u guys not follow simple directions?

This place has really gone downhill. Freebirds used to have the best customer service and now it's just horrible!! Especially the night crew. This is the second time I have ordered Freebirds online for pickup and am given a time my food will be ready and every time I get there, the place is completely empty, not busy, with the workers just standing around with my food not even made yet. My food is ready 25 minutes after the given time from ordering online! It's always the same 3 night workers every time. This time they had my quesadilla made sitting for ten minutes before they even started my next item in the order. This is such a shame Freebirds has gotten to this.
My husband and I LOVE Freebirds. But we went last week, 29 February and were extremely disappointed and almost converted us back to Chipotle royal customers. The gentlemen behind the counter we spacey and we had to answer questions multiple times because within a span of five minutes they forgot. They ran out of sour cream! How does a burrito place run out of sour cream on a Saturday night?!? When we asked how they ran out, the gentleman simple stated I've gone through like seven of these bottle today man. The entire crew was very spacey that made my husband and I question if they were high. The crew had no idea what they were doing. When we got to the register they had a hard time figuring out what we had, the abbreviations, that my husband had to give it to them. We had wait a bit for fresh steak and the guys tried to hand it to us with no steak, we had to remind them three times that both of ours had steak. Every since the last crew left with the manager, this place has slowly been going down hill. We were both very disappointed and chose to go to in-n-our tonight instead of Freebirds based on the last visit. This location needs fixing.

Idk what happened to this place but it's completely trash. Just paid 10$ for a burrito for the rice to be hard enough to actually chip my tooth. Everything has absolutely no flavor which is disappointing because it used to be my favorite place.

I really like that you can choose how you want your food, I have gluten and dairy intolerance. I often get the salads or the bowls, and the food is quick but tasty. It's the best of its kind around area.

First time going since they had kids eat free which is awesome! Customer service was kind of poor, I had to ask if they had sauces and my wife didn't know to ask so she didn't get any sauce. And I had to go back up to get the drinks we paid for. And even though we were the only customers in the store they were rushing my wife to make her burrito and the kids bowls all at the same time. As for the food I thought it was good, except it was barely warm, the middle of my burrito was just a lump of guacamole not spread out. Also the cilantro lime rice isn't the best. My wife didn't like it at all. It's good food so I'm going to try again for a lunch hopefully it'll be warm.

Nice folks here helped me figure out what I could eat as I have a food allergy. Although I'm a little limited in what I could eat, what I did have was tasty. I'll swing by again next time I'm in the area.

Ordered their Mega Burrito on several occasions. Eight out of 10 times their Mega Burrito is a small burrito. We were actually surprised to see it in a Mega size the other 2 times.

Went here for lunch and had my purse stolen. I was told by one employee another employee had it and to come pick it up. When I came the purse was magically gone and the employee who was supposed to have it changed his story. The staff were rude and liars. I didn’t even receive an apology. Absolutely disgusted with the business and the staff.
