Ordered the Kara Miso ramen with half spiciness. When it came out it was too spicy for me. I asked the waitress if this is normal and she said that it's less spicy already. She offered to remake it for me but I said no that's ok. She asked if I wanted some broth to mix with it and I agreed that would help. However, when I got the bill I was charged for a bowl of broth. I didn't question it and paid for the bill. I think it would be proper to let the customer know that they will be charged before hand.

This ramen was delicious. They say the broth is stewed for 72 hours and it really shows as it was rich and savory--and very spicy for the kara-miso. Our food was delivered less than ten minutes after sitting down, and they were patient with us even though we waited fifteen minutes for thr third member of our party to show. Excellent food and some of the best in the Sacramento Greater Area.

I really like this ramen place and probably one of the best around this areas broth was good. I had Tonkatsu soy ramen and it was delicious especially in a cold day. I usually don't eat pork but the one they had in the soup was very tasty and seasoned well. They have an option of extra noodles or rice. I opt for the noodles and couldn't really finish the whole bowl. I would recommend this place if you're in the mood for some good ramen. Also the customer service was great! I will definitely come back to try some other ramens and appetizers!

Service was great, ramen broth quality is top notch, I got the Fukumi ramen and it did not disappoint! Will be coming back, best ramen I've had in Sacramento area, and prices are fair.

Friendly staff and nice presentation of food. However, the food wasn't hot when we received it, it was room temperature at best, which made the overall experience lacking. The flavor of the food good but I think it would have been better if it was hot.

This spot was a recommendation from my sister's friend who lives in Roseville. I'm always down for ramen. Before going shopping which I would not recommend doing on an empty stomach...my sister and I decided to go get lunch first. We got inside and we were able to pick our own table. I ordered the Tonkotsu Soy ramen which came with thin noodles. I loved it so much that as I am writing this review I am craving it. The chashu was so tender and melts in your mouth. I also ordered gyoza to share with my sister. I'm very picky with my gyoza and it did not disappoint. The gyoza was super delicious. My sister ordered the Kara-miso ramen. She really loved it. Her ramen came with ramen noodles which were thicker than mine. It was spicy so if you don't like spicy this one is not for you. I wish this place was closer to where I live haha Great employees and delicious food! I know I am going to dream about this spot tonight haha

The food was tasty. I got a beef and rice bowl ( I can't remember the name of it, though), the beef was very flavorful. My friend ordered one of the ramen bowls and she liked it. The staff were attentive but didn't interrupt much, which was actually nice. I will definitely be back!

Fukumi Ramen is a great option for ramen in the Roseville area, especially on a rainy winter evening. They currently have two other locations in Citrus Heights and Folsom, however, we came to the Roseville location because it was closest to where we were. There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, but it was also because we had a large party so we had to wait for multiple tables to clear. I ordered the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen ($16), and almost everyone chose a different ramen bowl. Fukumi offers two different types of ramen noodles: thick or thin. The thick noodles are more standard and similar to the noodles served at other ramen restaurants. One of the best things about Fukumi Ramen is that you can get extra noodles or rice if you request it when placing your order. If you request it later, they will charge extra for it. The Tonkotsu Miso Ramen was really good. The pork belly chashu was so tasty, the seasoned egg was just right, the noodles were cooked nicely, and the corn was a nice touch. Although the soup broth was good, the flavor was not very strong. However, I tried some of the Tonkotsu Salt broth and that one was very flavorful, probably because black garlic oil. I probably should have ordered the black garlic oil on the side and added it to be Tonkotsu Miso broth. Our server did a good job with customer service. The ambiance was dark, yet nicely decorated for a ramen experience. All of our orders were made accurately and everyone enjoyed their meal. Fukumi Ramen is a good choice for ramen in the Roseville area.

Always a great experience. Friendly staff, prompt service. Great food! Worth the wait and drive from Tahoe to see our friends at Fukumi!

Food and service were great. We got two different ramen bowls, a rice bowl and the gyoza. We will definitely go back again.
