Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse

Seriously one of the best steakhouses I’ve ever had and I lived in LA for 4 years. This place is not only great food wise, but the service is top tier. The people who work here are incredibly nice, attentive, and even have good humor. Jose is very informative and Amanda is truly the best. You can tell she actually cares about the people who dine here. She walks around making sure everyone is tended to and asks if we need anything. If she notices we don’t receive a request within a certain amount of time, she is ON IT. Love it here! I recommend to all of my friends. Also please share the pineapple recipe 😂💖 (ps, get the chocolate cake, I’ve never had chocolate cake just melt in my mouth like that!!!!)

100/10 recommend this place. We went to celebrate my friend getting married and the food was so delicious and the service top tier. They ask each person what meats and how they like it and do their best to accommodate everyone’s needs. Definitely plan to be back there soon.

It was our first time and we had an awesome experience here. Francisco was wonderful and really made everything even better. The food was delicious and plentiful, not lacking in portion at all. Even though we didn’t do the all you can eat, the a la carte was awesome itself. The picanhas were big in portion, and coupled with the potatoes it was just too much good food. The generosity and service here was impeccable, and I can’t wait to come back and try the all you can eat. Shoutout again to Francisco and his wonderful team, each one of them were happy and courteous.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and I was blown away. My family eats a lot of meat, but I don’t eat red meat, so I’m always a little hesitant about Brazilian steakhouses. Galpão Gaucho completely surprised me in the best way. They went above and beyond to make sure I had plenty to enjoy, from the fresh salads, sides, cheese with honey, and that warm caramelized pineapple, to custom dishes made just for me.

The chicken breast was outstanding—fresh, juicy, tender, with just the right lemony brightness. They also prepared a salmon that was honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Their Caesar salad was perfect (and I’m very picky about Caesars), and the vegetables were cooked and seasoned beautifully. Everything tasted high-quality, fresh, and intentional.

What impressed me most was how well they accommodate all dietary preferences. Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, pescatarian, or just a meat lover, they’ll modify and make sure you have an incredible meal.

The service tied it all together. A huge shoutout to Mauricio and Philippe for being so attentive and kind from beginning to end. The combination of the warm ambience, excellent food, and genuinely thoughtful service made this an unforgettable night. I can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here in September 2024 and it was our first Brazilian BBQ experience. We were so impressed by the service, the ambiance and the food selection we definitely will be back again. The salad and soup bar was unbelievable and the 17 meats served were the tastiest ever. The lamb was unbelievable it was so tender and juicy. We highly recommend this place.

This review is bittersweet - I’ve been coming to this location since the soft opening (2 years ago now?)… for reference I pass about 4 other Brazilian steakhouses on the way here because I love their salmon, lamb chops and grilled pineapple.

With that being said It seems that the food quality has gone down a little bit. If you come during the lunch hour, it can be hit or miss if the food is fresh or not, and even though it advertises 17 different meats, I never seem to see 17 meats (even if I have to/ want to say no). It’s usually about 8 that come around… but I think they should still offer all, and they should be made fresh. I’ve slowed down on coming over the last few months because it doesn’t seem worth it if the options are limited and not as fresh. I’ve come here for birthdays and date nights and recommended this restaurant to other people and they have noted the same. The staff is always friendly and helpful and willing to get things made on request, but for the price and ambience, everything should always be made fresh. It takes the excitement and experience away when you bring a bigger dinner or lunch party and a few guests have the experience of the food not being fresh, salmon being dry, etc.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We went as a group for a birthday dinner and we’re super excited to try out this place since it would have been our first time. The service was super poor. Our table kept getting skipped, I never received a cup an ice that I requested, and to top it off, our plates got taken away before we were done eating. My card was given to the server to pay. As we were leaving, the server came out to grab us stating we didn’t pay. It was super embarrassing. When my card was given to them for a good 20 minutes. Food was yummy, but the service was poor.

Visited here on Saturday night with my significant other.
We have both tried other Brazilian Steakhouses and both agreed this is by far our favorite in the area! They had a fabulous selection of meats and options on the buffet tables. We never had to wait for more meat, they were incredibly prompt and attentive. The meats were cooked to absolute perfection! We were seated in the lounge area where we got to enjoy live piano playing which was a fantastic touch to a fine dinning experience on a Saturday night. Our server Juan Pablo was 5 star, incredibly attentive and made sure we had an amazing experience!
We will absolutely be back, this is our Brazilian steakhouse of choice!
