Why are some of these reviewers so entitled… it’s actually upsetting to think that the employees have to deal with this in rl. The employees were helpful, friendly and informative, a bit pricey, but worth it and some of the best Ice cream I have had in a while. Great ambience and lots of room to sit. If you have not been, I would 100 percent recommend.

Even in the wintertime, this place is busy. Great ice cream and it's fun to make your own creations.
Everyone was friendly and quick to get us what we needed. On top of that, ice cream is the best there is. Definitely recommend Graham Central Station. Also, the employees keep everything super clean. One of the only ice cream places I’ve been to that doesn’t have it all over the tables and chairs.

The ice cream at Handel’s is amazing but I have visited the Roseville location three times now and have received the same sort of treatment every time. I stand at the counter waiting for my order to be taken and three or four employees will be standing around talking. I wait 2-3 minutes before the come over to take my order. Then they stand there and don’t say anything like welcome, can I take your order. Just very unfriendly. Yesterday I was standing there waiting and the employee goes over to the person behind me and says can I help you and I raise my hand and say I would like to order He walks over and with a scowl stands in front of me without saying a word. I give him my order and he rings me up without saying a word. I asked for my order to go and didn’t get a lid so now I have ice cream all over my car. I was so creeped out I didn’t wasn’t to ask for a lid. I think their employees need better customer service training.

This is probably one of the best ice cream shops I've ever been to. Service is great. Ice cream is amazing! Lemon bar has been my favorite flavor so far. It literally tastes like a hot summer day in your mouth. Everything though has been so smooth and delicious.
