Came here to enjoy a relaxed birthday with my wife and both my boys! First thing first! We got the key card for the doors, it didn’t work so had to go back downstairs to have them do whatever they had to do came back up and it took a few tries for the key card to open the door. Finally making it through the room was nice but first thing we noticed was a stain on the lamp. While staying here, very peaceful and convenient that there’s chevron right across the street of the hotel! Anyways we had to keep coming up and down for this key card just to unlock the door for the room. We’ve never dealt with this with any other hotel and this by far is the first hotel! Bathroom sink water didn’t get hot at all until my last day!

Wow! We got just a standard room and it was huge. The bathroom was big and it came with a sofa and coffee table.The big problem was the TV was quite small for the size of the room. it was hard to see small images on the TV from the sofa, from the bed it was fine.The shower had good pressure and they had Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash on the wall in big bottles so no little bitty bottles to have to squeeze hard. But the towels were not very big, we only got two large ones and they were not soft.We will definitely go here again.

My family was here December 24th in room number 231 to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas here as soon as we checked in our room and opened our door we got a really foul smell of poop so we started to look around and my wife found dirty underwear under the kid's bunk bed that had poop in them still also she found poop on the floor by the bunk bed but she had to go in the bathroom and get toilet paper and clean it up herself I did go down to front desk and tell them the lady at the front desk really didn't seem to care about in my opinion. The man Jose that came up was really nice and took care of the situation but the room smelled like poop the whole time and the lady said she couldn't move us because that was the only room available that we ordered like that. 15 minutes later she called and said that she applied 3,000 points to my wife's IHG account which we do not use never have and never will so that 3000 points is useless to us. I feel like you guys should make this right. No guests should have to clean up poop off their hotel room and sleep in a room all night that smells horrible like human.Rooms: Dirty and smelly. Please check your room good.

Staying here felt like being the first to unwrap a gift – everything was so new and clean!The staff were friendlier than your favorite barista, making our one-night stay feel like a VIP experience. They were helpful, cheerful, and made check-in a breeze.And the breakfast? It's like they stole my grandma's secret recipes – delicious, hearty, and the perfect start to the day. The room's cleanliness deserves a special shout-out; it was so spotless, I was half-tempted to walk around in bubble wrap.Location is the icing on the cake – close enough to the local scene to make exploring a walk in the park. If you're in Roseville and need a cozy, clean, and friendly place to crash, this is it. Just be warned, it might set your cleanliness standards way too high!

If you are handicapped do not stay at this hotel. They are uncooperative when you get to the hotel even though they were cooperative on the phone. When you talk to the manager you understand why the staff doesn't give a damn. The manager doesn't give a damn. I called ahead and had them take a picture under the bed to make sure my lawyer left would work. It looked perfect. When I got there the room was not the same. The people at the desk did not care and would not help. Finally, I got the room changed. It was really nice. I would have stayed there again. I go up two or three nights a month to visit my parents. When I checked out, my bill was double what I understood it to be over the phone when I reserved the room. On line, almost all the rooms are $134 per night. Which is what I understood it to be when I reserved it. Upon check out I was given a bill showing $260 for the night. When I objected I was told I should have looked on the app on my phone. I'm not quadriplegic I can't use the phone or look at apps. I had asked at the time of reservation for my itinerary to be emailed to me. They just kept sending a booking number. Everywhere I stay sends an itinerary by email after the reservation. But I could not get them to do that. And now I'm stuck with this bill and no one at holiday and express seems to care. They even guarantee the best rate but what does that do when they won't Fix it. Do not stay at this hotel. There is a Holiday Inn Express a block away. I would try that one. It is in Rockland. Better yet, stay at the Lake Natoma Inn in Folsom. It is beautiful and about the same rate and the people are much better. I will change my review if I ever get this resolved with Holiday inn Express.

This is the only hotel that we stay in when visiting Sacramento area it's clean it's secure you have free laundry nice pool out back. Close to restaurants you could even walk across the street to a nice Mexican restaurant gas station with beer and wine. Great location. Not far from I-80. You have lots to do for the kids with water park in the summer and miniature golf.

Very nice and clean. They have very comfortable beds and lots of room to move around. The staff are nice and the house cleaning is good. They have a lot of parking and disabled parking in the front. The pool is nice and clean. They have a great breakfast the next morning that opens early. The only thing I would recommend is that you check the prices before booking a room. There's a big difference between other areas around town.

I had made a reservation 4 months prior for a different hotel but when we arrived early to dress for a 4 pm wedding we couldn't get in. I then went to the IHG app and checked for availability. They keep your credit card on file. I entered the info for the day's date, and someone bumped me. My finger hit the reserve button. I called the main 800 number, the hotel itself and even the manager. They refused to cancel a reservation made in error! We stayed at the Best Western, which was more expensive, and was still charged 184.00 for a hotel we didn't stay in! They only care about the bottom dollar, not clientele. Avoid this hotel!

I had booked another hotel in the area 4 months prior to attend a wedding. When we arrived early to get dressed for the 4:00 pm wedding, we couldn't check in. So, I went to the IHG app and looked for available rooms. In the app they have your credit card into on file. I entered the days date and was checking for availability when someone bumped me and my finger hit reserve. I called the national phone number, the local hotel and spoke with the hotel manager in an attempt to cancel this reservation. They refused! We stayed in the Best Western, they got a room ready after all. We never showed up and were charged 184.00 by this hotel!! I will never again use IHG and advise not to use this hotel. The staff doesn't care about the clientele, only the bottom line!

Most of the staff that I interacted with was kind of rude, Shane in particular became frustrated with me very quickly when I called ahead to ask for details on how late check out works. I work in customer service too (bartender), and I am very sure that my tone was pleasant/ I didn't say anything that should have provoked him. Room was nice, except for that I could not turn my AC off and the mini fridge was not cold enough to keep food. Will not stay here again, who wants to stay in a place where all of the employees are in a funk? especially for 200$ a night.

Rooms are clean and well designed. Tv's are equipped with a dish box that needs to be reset every use. And hotel is equipped with 2 boilers for the entire building. If many people shower around the same time there will be no hot water available for a few hours, per staff.
