Ordered a burger and was served a pink patty (rare) with a stale, crumbly bun. Returned it and the cashier asked if I wanted it to go back on the grill. Ew. Paid $3 for a coke and went to Jack in the Box. Boo!!!!

I have to be honest the service and atmosphere is awesome and this is only based off of what I’ve experienced over the last two years. When I first went there, they had some amazing pizza, and they changed the entire way. They made it, and this wasn’t when the place was there. It was when they first opened up and I’m referring to hooches. I became accustomed to the pizza. It wasn’t as good as what they originally made but it’s still good. Their wings were really good, especially the buffalo wings, but I ordered this week, and they changed their buffalo sauce again. I recommend you go back to whatever you were doing for the last eight months. What you used last week and last night is some kind of a barbecue sauce and it’s not good. I frequent the establishment weekly at least twice a week. You guys need to go back to however, you were doing your wings before last week. I personally feel like if the head chef/cook is not there whoever is does what they like and they need to have continuity. I’m gonna tell you right now the older gentleman The back who cooks should be the only one allowed to touch those wings or his recipe should be the one that is always used without question.I literally threw away 47 wings last week. I have to say again that the customer service is great. They are very very good there.

We love there tavern style pizza

Hooch's is a fun place, especially on Saturdays with Karaoke added to the mix. The patrons were nice, the atmosphere was great. Just enough energy for everyone to be interacting and having a good time with one another, but not too much as too feel chaotic. The bartender was a nice chap. They were out of stock on 3 different canned beers I had asked for, but they can't be blamed much when a big ol crowd comes in for karaoke. I still got something I enjoyed, so no harm no foul. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to try the food, but I'm told the pizza is next level. Give this place a shot if you're looking for a good time with friends or even alone. You'll be sure to make some friends before you leave. ??and go try some karaoke, you won't regret it

Best pizza in the greater Sacramento area. The crust is perfectly crispy and the crumbles make it pop! Loaded with toppings and delicious!Full bar and quality bartenders that make you feel welcomed.

Love the location, nice bar and friendly staff (Johnny) met a regular. Beer was cold, many choices food (pizza) was outstanding, many TV’s. Is it a sports bar, restaurant or both? I couldn’t tell. But the place should considering doing something to draw people. This should be a neighborhood bar considering the large residential area. Friday night I shouldn’t be the only person in the establishment after 8:30pm. Bring in a band, do specials, do a bingo night, something because the place was dead for a FRIDAY night.Is there anything going on next Friday St Patty’s Day? Is there anything happening for March Madness? The place doesn’t open until 4pm a lot of college basketball games before 4 during March Madness. This tells me it’s not a real sports bar. I’ll be back but not as a first choice.

It's a brand new owner so they are still dialing in the place. The had a water problem so only 2 items on menu. They have Karaoke and that was my draw there, I was invited by a friend and you know Karaoke word of mouth is huge. If they do it up right it will be a success. You need gluten free pizza, some of us can't eat gluten.
