Neo and Lilly need some lessons in customer service. They were both huge A-holes after I stood patiently waiting for the line to go down to ask for a water refill. There were 4 employees within inches of me totally ignoring me. When I finally said, "When you get the chance" I was not only cut off, but instructed by Neo to get in line as she was helping customers! I am a Customer!!
