Satisfying diner-type menu with a homespun Cajun feel. The fried green tomatoes were very crispy with a nice sauce. I had the chicken fried steak on biscuits with gravy. Again, very well seasoned and crispy. Staff was extremely friendly and happy. Zydeco music. Not many here this trip. We enjoyed our late lunch. Plenty of free parking.

Had chicken and waffles. I was very disappointed. The chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it. My husband had the rib eye steak and eggs. He wasn't thrilled.
Guess we will have to find another spot.

I got the crab Benedict; the hollandaise was basic and lacked any flair. The crab cakes had a crab flavor but were mealy. The hash browns were just that: hash browns. Everything was as expected, mediocre.
