The in line order taker talks 100 mi./min. too fast. We had to confirm our order like six times because she kept saying it different differently than we ordered it. Then when we get to the order, I don’t taste any onions. I ordered grilled onions on my protein burger, but you’d have to really press me hard to say there was anything I can to a grilled onion on that burger. This doesn’t surprise me since we had to confirm our order with her at least three times and I still didn’t believe it was right which it wasn’t so I can’t say a whole lot for this particular In-N-Out Burger. I’m not happy with them. I probably won’t go back.!!!!

This location always gets my order wrong, never puts extra lettuce on my burgers when I specifically ask for it, and either my fries are cold, or my buns are completely melted because they can't time my food properly. Not a good one

When I come home from college on the East Coast, one of the top cravings on my list is a double double and animal style fries with a neopolitan shake, and it never disappoints. You can't beat the price or the fresh taste.
I love this location for how quick and friendly the service is, though the drive thru line can get fairly long during the afternoon rush.
My only complaint is that In-N-Out fries just do not spark joy the way other fries do. They're freshly made and always hot, but just missing something.

Whatever you’re paying Jacoby is not enough!! Excellent service every time I visit this location. I wish more employees of literally any business out there were more like him. That young man will be going places!!

At this location? Food is great if you can get near the place. Always busy, total nightmare between morning and late night. Queue is a disaster winding through a parking lot. Although drive thru is your best bet for a sub-20 minute service. Inside, forget about it. Every sports team in Roseville comes here always. Veterans Day? Unless you have an hour to order and get food, I strongly suggest anywhere else. Great food and service otherwise!
