Went through the drive through at 1:00am. The worker was very nice, the tacos were ready quickly, and the tacos have never disappointed me when I get the late night munchies. Price is still good too!

Night staff/early morning staff (12am -7am) are awful, lazy, and rude. This is now the 3rd time I have been here . I ordered a coffee and the extreme sausage sandwich for myself and my child wanted a double cheeseburger munchies meal. My coffee was stale and tasted a week old along with it not even being Luke warm. My kid took one bite of his burger and said it was inedible, the fries again not hot , tasted old, and like they were sitting on the counter for hours. They also forgot my order of tacos and instead of saying anything they threw extra fries in the munchies meal. As a late night worker there's no excuse for food and drinks to be forgotten and not fresh. The line is never busy at this time and at this point its point blank laziness

I was in the drive thru when I heard this whole interaction happen. After 10pm this location closes its lobby and this happened at 10:30 so yes their lobby was closed. I also heard you calling the employees racial slurs as you have in this comment. After hearing this I wanted to make a review for the employees who had to deal with it

I'm so sick of theses lazy workers that get paid 20 dollars and hour and more now yet they can't handle having to actually work....pathetic. the lady working this morning is completely a waste of money. This jack in the box is by far the worst and is a disgrace to this city's food selection. I will personally make sure that me nor my family and friends ever step foot at this location ever again.

I ordered a meal here and I specifically said no bacon! And they still put it in there! It even says it on the receipt!!! The workers are so careless here! This is not the first time this happened! Always check your food before u take it!

Jack in the Box was my preferred fast-food establishment, but that is no longer the case. The burger patties are dry and lack flavor, the bacon is excessively thin, and the overall food quality is substandard. I am profoundly disappointed.
