I have a very simple order. Two tacos, no sauce, extra cheese, light lettuce. When I come to Jack in the box, Ros douglas location. My order is wrong 65% of the time, and it's dripping in grease (gross). I have to go back through and get the order remade correctly. The drive thru staff always has an attitude and argues the order is right, and there is nothing to be done about the greese. I understand some grease, but when the taco bag is bleeding thru with greese and you can pour the grease out of the smaller bag that holds the tacos, it is just not right. Very disappointed

This is the worst location. No smiles at all. They look angry that I bought a $6 deal box. I get stale croissant bread that is hard. The curly fries are always the burnt dregs of what is left in the bottom of the tray. I will NEVER order from this location again. If they don't want to sell the $6 box, take it off the menu. But I will never pay $12 for a hamburger, ever!!!

All of our drinks were full of dirt from the ice machine. Not really dirt. More like years of built up mold and contamination. I’m so mad to have fed this to my family. You need to clean your ice machine inside and out. Take it apart and clean the inner mechanisms. I tried to talk to your staff but they blew me off so you will be getting a visit from the health department.

My son ordered a #2 it was a double burger,, after he looked at it after we left it was a single Burger we have to go back and they honor his double burger period with no problem. I thought that was awesome!

Absolutely horrendous. I have been here multiple times over the last month. Without fail, every time the people working there are rude, my order is missing multiple items, and I end up with an awful experience. I even took the time to provide feedback after the first mishap. I was assured by a representative that they would send me some coupons or something to make up for it. It's been 6+ weeks, and still, nothing. This location is, by far, the worst fast-food store I've ever been to.

The restaurant was filthy, the food was prepared with no care, cold and soggy, the fries tasted terrible as it oil hasn’t been changed. I can promise that I will never return. The order taker took a long time to come to the counter.

Yikes. Looks like there is no health department checks in Roseville. Eat at your own risk. Went into the bathroom after an employee and it was disgusting, sink overflowing so clearly she did not wash her hands before she went back to preparing food. Yuck. ?
