Lady working drive through barely spoke English. I ordered a burger with no pickles no tomatoes I got a burger with no tomatoes and no onions but lots of pickles. I was on lunch at work so no time to go back and fix. Fast food is not that hard of a job it's meant for teenagers so it amazes me how often my orders are wrong when it's grown adults working in there.

I eat alot at Jack-N- Box because the food is good and they are open 24hrs.. However, this time ( 10-4-24 @ 2:27am) I pulled in and waited for a bit before the employee answered the drive mic , just to be told that they can not help me because they are all on break . He apologized and said " ya, sorry about that , have a good night "
Not a huge deal , yet frustrating tho too.. as a traveler , I pass through various towns at all hours and slightly depend on business that offer hours of operations like Jack-n-box.

Best club chicken sandwich I ever had from a fastfood joint. The size of the chicken was surprisingly big considering other places have been declining in size and quality. I also got Jumbo Jacks 2 for $5. Everything was good.

I seen one old dude walk around with no gloves and grab some nuggets (with bare naked filthy hands) but some in the fryer, then threw the rest back in the bag ?. When it came to my food I asked him to please wear gloves. He informed that he wasn’t the one preparing my food. So I still ate my tacos because the lady hand gloves on. I dnt know for how long ??♂️ she had them on that day. They did serve those nuggets btw

Unfortunately staff has let the homeless congregate on the property, at entrances, in the bathrooms and hanging out at tables inside. Today there was a female using the spigot by front door to wash her hair. Now a lady with mental issues is disturbing my meal.Please fix this problem, it's really bad and detures paying customers from coming in. Just fix the problem already.
We ordered tiny tacos and we never got them even though we paid for them. Could barely hear the girl in the drive through. Not the Jack in the Box I would go to. Incredibly dysfunctional and unsatisfactory. And we tried to call them to get our money back but the number wasn’t working.
