Jack in the Box. My son makes me by the tiny tacos he loves them. And their milkshakes are really thick. I should be for the price. I like to have coupons too. My milkshake was only two dollars.

Order through the app. Received wrong order. I ordered classic mozzarella sticks and got the hot sauce ones. My drink order was wrong. The cheeseburgers i ordered looked like someone sat on them. The fries were not fresh, could tell they've been sitting out. Tried calling the store to tell them my order was wrong and got a busy tone.

Lady working drive through barely spoke English. I ordered a burger with no pickles no tomatoes I got a burger with no tomatoes and no onions but lots of pickles. I was on lunch at work so no time to go back and fix. Fast food is not that hard of a job it's meant for teenagers so it amazes me how often my orders are wrong when it's grown adults working in there.

I eat alot at Jack-N- Box because the food is good and they are open 24hrs.. However, this time ( 10-4-24 @ 2:27am) I pulled in and waited for a bit before the employee answered the drive mic , just to be told that they can not help me because they are all on break . He apologized and said " ya, sorry about that , have a good night "
Not a huge deal , yet frustrating tho too.. as a traveler , I pass through various towns at all hours and slightly depend on business that offer hours of operations like Jack-n-box.
