Went here for lunch and got the heirloom BLTA and a side of mac and cheese. The sandwich was absolutely delicious but the mac and cheese was horrible. The noodles were overcooked and dry and it literally tasted like nothing not even a hint of cheese. They need to 86 the mac and cheese because it's an insult to the taste buds.

Most of the time the sandwiches were good, aside from few exceptions. However sweet fries are sometimes good other times don't taste well and small portions. Salads were just ok, until I got the Buffalo chicken one that came with mostly breaded crust and barely any chicken. When I told the girl about the problem she seemed like it was Okey and said they get them frozen and have no control. Well that's your problem. If I pay 30$ for lunch I expect something decent. Your prices are high well that's ok but at least keep up quality. Or salad with no chicken, some fries and drink costs 30$ bucks according to you? Have you lost your mind or you just don't care about customers? Also the gal bringing food stood with my plate talking to someone sitting down for a while and plater near face, really? Forks and silverware often dirty. Sprite tasteless with weird aftertaste.
The chicken sandwich here is good but even that they sometimes manage to mess up.
Potentially a nice place and eaten here many times but now it's becoming a disappointment.

So many people working there behind the counter yet there is no service. So much craziness run by kids that don't know anything about service. So no service, why the heck do you ask for tips? Never going back again.

I love that you can customize your salad or pick from their hot plate options — everything tastes homemade with a modern twist. The portions are generous, the ingredients are high quality, and the service is quick and friendly. It’s the perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner when you want something fast but still crave something healthy and satisfying. Definitely one of my go-to places!
Fresh meats and pretty delicious salads and sandwiches. They bring your dish out in like 6 mins or less.

No wait time, incredible food, and top-notch service. Everything I ordered was delicious and fresh. The management is fantastic, and a special shoutout to Scott, Lauren, and Haley for doing an amazing job running this place. Jacks is definitely worth every bite. Highly recommend!
