Food was good. The cleanliness of the tables were substandard. Many of the outdoor tables were left with dirty dishes, and were not cleaned meaning not wiped down i.e full of crumbs dropped food and just generally dirty. Many of the guest including us were walking in to get napkins to try and clean the tables.

The food is hit or miss. Some days they make great food but today the chicken was off and my samdwich didnt come with the usual pepperocini & pickle spear, which was disappointing. The customer service is good. They greet their customers each time and they always seem happy to be at work. They just missed the minor details on the preparation.

Great bustling locale at the Fountains. It was busy when I was there and the location had limited indoor seating but the food was excellent and the service was accommodating for my friend who has a disability. A bit dark inside for my liking but otherwise a great experience!

Went here for lunch and got the heirloom BLTA and a side of mac and cheese. The sandwich was absolutely delicious but the mac and cheese was horrible. The noodles were overcooked and dry and it literally tasted like nothing not even a hint of cheese. They need to 86 the mac and cheese because it's an insult to the taste buds.
