Jack's Urban Eats

I really enjoy Jack Urban Eats, and I order half-and-half veggies at other locations without any issues. This location wouldn’t allow it, which made the experience disappointing. Very weird and stingy policy.

Jack’s Urban Eats is one of our favorites! I loveee their salads always super fresh, flavorful, and perfectly tossed. My boyfriend is obsessed with their sandwiches, so it’s the perfect spot for both of us. The food is consistent every time, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Definitely a go-to for a healthy and delicious meal!

Decent sized parking lot, and if it's full, there are plenty of lots close by because it's in a larger shopping center . Everyone was super friendly, food was ready fast, and it was delicious!!!!! I was with a group of about 10 ladies and we all said how good the food was. 🙌🏼

Atmosphere was a little crowded, but only one person coughed while we were there, hopefully from eating wrong.

I’ve been coming to Jacks for many years. I usually order the bbq tri tip sandwich, which is my favorite item there. However, when i ordered it to go yesterday, the portion was so ridiculously small i thought it was a joke. I finished half the sandwich in like 2 bites and it was just left me unsatisfied. Sucks cause this is my go to stop and their portion was tiny. If they changed their portion sizes thats fine, but I didn’t see anything about it which made it just disappointing

Stop taking away the pulled pork sandwich, it’s the best item and there’s no other reason to go.

I tried the tri tip sandwich today and it was terrible! The meat was very tough, overcooked with poor flavor. It was difficult to chew and swallow. The tri tip was also sliced in the wrong direction contributing to the very tough meat.

Worst chicken tenders ever. Encased in some type of concrete batter. Grandkids would not even eat theirs. Fries were good.
