Horrible food. I got fajitas to go with steak and shrimp. The steak was dry and flavorless- covered in a huge clump of sour cream and (not fresh) guacamole. As I was taking a bite, I tasted something hard, so I spit out my food. I realized they keep the tails on the shrimp and some pieces were mixed in with the rest. Umm....why wouldn't you remove tails in fajitas? After that, I just stopped eating. What a waste of money.

I love the food! My favorite has to be the shrimp or the quesadillas. The service is super nice! One day I forgot my jacket, and they came to my car and gave it back to me! The wait time is super short, and the drinks are super delicious.
My go to place when in Roseville. I live up in Grass Valley and when ever i'm in the area and hungry.... it's Jalisco's ! Love their taco salads. So fresh and their mixture of ingredients is spot on. Have been coming here for over twenty years. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Have been getting their "El Pastor Tacos and Super Burrito" for over a year now. I'd say this is one of the best Mexican spots in the Roseville area. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been there yet. Additionally, they are extremely fast; my to-go orders are usually ready within 5-10 mins!
