I love chunky strawberry bowl. But this time I got two to go and I think the new girl forgot to put in peanut butter. Very runny mixture I’ve never experienced before. Very disappointing. Especially since I got two. I will try again bc I loved the ones I’ve gotten before.

Jamba at Renaissance Creek is not just my favorite smoothie business. It is my favorite business period. The owner keeps the store spotless and completely up-to-date. The staff is exceptionally well trained and exceptionally friendly. Like in any business that hires young people, there is some inherent turnover, but every new hire that comes in is as good as the last. I don't know this for a fact, but I bet this Jamba's turnover is very low for the industry. I do love the Jamba product and have been to many locations, but this location is the best by far. I have been treated very well. My very highest recommendation.
Their employees are very courteous and fun. They also keep the store exceptionally clean and well decorated, fun group..

I visited your store today, and your cashier was unable to process my gift card balance redemption upon request. When she referred to her manager for help, the manager stated she had been instructed by the franchise owner to NOT comply with state laws and refused to process the gift card balance request.
Your store lost a customer today, and I would recommend that you review CA state laws regarding gift card balance redemption. There are no businesses that are exempt from this law (must refund if balance is less than $10) and your staff should be adequately trained in the future about how to process these transactions.

Staff is hilarious and has a good sense of humor. Dude prepared a cup of ice for us before we even walked in to get it - I call that top 10 customer service. Seriously though they're great no complaints. Why have Cornhole if your employees can't use it though?
