Trash customer service and trash employees. Kayla was ratchet and yelling at people so aggressively, and the rest of the employees (including leads) were cheering her on for yelling. A lot of banging blenders and messing around behind the counters. Ameen at the register had no personality and is slow. Do better.

I had the BEST experience at Jamba Juice today! š Seriously, if you havenāt been yet, youāre missing out. The vibe inside was so chill, and I was immediately greeted by the friendly barista, Kylee. š She was an absolute GEM. From her super positive energy to the way she took the time to ask exactly how I wanted my smoothie, it was obvious she genuinely cared about the whole experience. Plus, she made my smoothie so perfectly ā like, it was chef's kiss level good. šš¹ Honestly, it's not just the smoothie thatās worth coming for (though it definitely is), but the fact that Kylee made my day brighter with her awesome customer service. Itās refreshing to see someone so enthusiastic about their work, and it made the whole visit feel so much more special. šāØ 10/10 recommend coming here, and shoutout to Kylee for making my experience stand out. Keep being amazing! āØšÆ

I usually have purely orange. I donāt know whether fault was with the fruit itself or machine was not rinsed properly. It tasted funny. Couldnāt finish it. This was Thursday evening Dec 12th, 2024

Good atmosphere in general, they have taken a few items off the menu now they arenāt supplying the stores with Spirulina (vanilla blue sky). I only found out as I tried to order a drink with it in the selection. The nice girl told me why but offered me other options to accommodate. Only thing I think is a bit odd is why offer a ginger or turmeric shot in the fridges for $4 a shot hey are tiny and seems really over priced ?
Nevertheless itās a great place and has nice staff and drinks.

Told a 50% off offer I had that specifically said was for members was told by them it's actually ONLY GOOD for new members who sign up...walked away without looking back.
