This location for some reason is regularly out of ingredients to make their fan favorite smoothies. They also apparently can't get anymore normal straws, as for weeks now they have resorted to using paper straws again. Yuck. Staff is still fast and friendly.

The shopping center is always packed and hard to find a spot. However, this is one of many great places for shopping or dining out.
The employees were friendly, completed my order quickly and did an all around good job

At first entry, I was greeted and then directed to place my order on a kiosk. I do believe the exact phrase was. We’re trying out something new and would like your feedback after placing our order and waiting we found the restroom locked and the hand sanitizer completely empty. When our order was called we found it incorrect. The remade order was also incorrect when we inquired what the problem was we were told in a rude way that we were getting more than what we paid for we explained it’s not about what we paid for it’s about the service being so terrible. We will never return to this Jamba juice.
