This location for some reason is regularly out of ingredients to make their fan favorite smoothies. They also apparently can't get anymore normal straws, as for weeks now they have resorted to using paper straws again. Yuck. Staff is still fast and friendly.

At first entry, I was greeted and then directed to place my order on a kiosk. I do believe the exact phrase was. We’re trying out something new and would like your feedback after placing our order and waiting we found the restroom locked and the hand sanitizer completely empty. When our order was called we found it incorrect. The remade order was also incorrect when we inquired what the problem was we were told in a rude way that we were getting more than what we paid for we explained it’s not about what we paid for it’s about the service being so terrible. We will never return to this Jamba juice.

I tried to come in today to order a smoothie before my son's doctor's appointment and the guy behind the counter takes the order of the women in front of me and walks away telling me it will "be a while before he can take my order because there's a lot going on." I feel like that was not the right thing to say. I was the only one in line now and he didn't even bother to say hi. They obviously need more staff because he was having trouble. I left and took my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Came with the person from the hotel! This is review number nine of this Jamba Juice! He ordered his, I order child size pineapple/orange smoothie! The people helped us are Katie and Meghan, I apologize if spelled names wrong! This is the place where he one time say I bought Jamba Juice socks! Glad we are able to support this Jamba Juice! We even walked to a baseball card shop, enjoyed the yummy smoothies!
