Great location, came in on a saturday morning and we were greeted promptly and by every memeber. The owner or manager was in teaching his 3 new staff members how to preform their tasks properly. He was very clear and patient with his staff and they preformed well. Food was great and service was great. Location is clean. Great job for to this staff here.

How are you going to send out coupons in the mail, saying only available at this location….. And then not allow you to use the coupons because now the app says the coupon doesn’t apply to this location?!?

Fantastic sandwiches. I got a coupon in my mailbox, so I went. I would never have known this place existed if I hadn't received the coupon.
I was right to choose the Rosemary Parmesan Cheese Bread, it's delicious on its own.
The giant size is too big for one person to eat, so it's best to share it with two people.
I thought the turkey was salty so salt wasn't necessary, and I also felt like there was no applewood smoked bacon, but I got it for free with a coupon, so I'm not complaining. But I wanted to eat it.

Jersey Mike’s is our go to sub shop no matter what State we are in, always good subs, fresh meet sliced for each sub, good veggies and sliced cheese. Made the way you want it. IMO, one of the best sub chains in the west.

Just like others have said recently, this location has seemed to go downhill lately. I’ve been going to this location and others for two years, but the last two months have noticeably different. Two separate occasions, both didn’t seem busy in the lobby, same order, but can never seem to deliver on time, even with the 15 minute waiting time. We mobile order for the sake of having other things to do, but being 5 minutes past time is concerning. You’d think paying for such a premium price you’d get at least comparable service, but you don’t. Late order fulfillment, sloppy job on both the making of the sandwich and wrapping it which makes the sandwich fall apart within the wrapping paper and doesn’t feel the same like other locations in Rocklin and the other up by CA-65 in Roseville. Reconsider visiting if you value your time and sandwich.

Got a #26 and the cook was mad because ppl were ordering the same thing and he was busy. Took him 40 min to get my sandwich done. He also lost the guys sandwich before me. Sandwich was weird and waaaay over salted!! No thanks!!

This location has gone downhill. I used to be able to order ahead and know my sandwich would be correct. Now, you have to watch them make it to ensure they get it right. Today, I ordered a GIANT CA Club with DOUBLE bacon - not a cheap upgrade. It's embarrassing when you catch dinner with a friend and show up with a sandwich that you're digging through to find ANY bacon at all and it's missing other toppings. I'm done with this location. They cannot seem to get orders correct.
