First time at Jersey Mike's and it was great. The staff at this location are super friendly! I got a cheesesteak no onions or peppers on the Parmesan rosemary bread. Great sandwich and reasonable prices!

The wife and I stopped in for our favorite sandwhich, #8, rose parm.Food excellent, music-terrible.Trust me on this, not everyone wants to listen to gangster rap and eat. Maybe thats why the place was empty..interesting.

I wanted to purchase 18 sandwiches for the nurses @kaiser who are caring for my mom! I walked in, and there was one person in front of me & a family of 4 eating. The " in charge" grumpy guy was annoyed I needed 18. Also told me he'd only made a FEW of the 18 sandwiches with parm bread because it's popular & he wanted some for the evening!? So apparently, me, the PAYING CUSTOMER, is not THE evening type of paying customer? ? The other 2 men working there were very kind & helpful. At the end, all 18 nurses were very appreciative for their sandwiches.

Rob was working here on September 7th 2023 he was extremely rude to my Fiancé! We were blamed for this location getting the order wrong. We were talked to with a rather extreme attitude for no reason. We will never order here again! We were threatened by whoever was working here today and they would not give us their name. It’s not our fault that they can’t get our order right and we should not be treated with such blatant disrespect. :/ extremely disappointed
I haven't been to a jersey's in years. I never see them around. I decided to stop by, we were welcomed in. I ordered the italian provolone on white bread. I wish I would've gotten it toasted because I'm not a fan of cold sandwiches. I love that they carry the miss vickie's chips. They offered us a cookie as well. The sugar cookie was really good. The service was good. The location was clean aswell.

This is one of the very few places that have bbq beef ( it's the #19). I have been going to Jersey Mike's for a while now and have mostly had a good experience with them. Only twice have I had a random employee who would rather be anywhere but at work, but overall everyone is nice and food is good.

Worst service at this Roseville location. Walked in and they started taking the guys order behind me before taking mine. The person preparing our sandwiches was rude and asked if I wanted it Mikes way and I said yes except onions. They then proceeded to say hang on super loud and saying I asked you if you wanted it Mikes way and you said yes but now you're saying no onions. They would have heard me the first time had they not been talking to other coworkers about non work topic. I will not be going back to this location and my child that was with me, even said as we were leaving, I can't believe they spoke to a costumer like that. Please be kind.

Been ordering since opened Douglas Blvd, Roseville. No problems. Tonight, Father's Day, got worst sandwiches possible. They were un-eatable, totally gross. Now in trash. Way too much mayo, and very, very, very little meat & cheese. Got wrap sandwiches (usually excellent) BUT today the wrap was also disgusting. I think someone behind counter thought they were wrapping diaper around a few slices of cheese & meat.
