Is “Freaky Fast” not a thing anymore?! Ordered on the app before they opened at 11am and my sandwich is suppose to arrive at 11:40?! Delicious sandwiches in general but $20+ for one combo meal and a 40min wait? Hmmm.

This review has nothing to do with the location itself, as they are friendly, and efficient.
As with most restaurants, it is hard to find something worth the price that they are charging.
The only reason I came here is they had a special to get any regular for $5.99…. The sandwich is so below average at every level. And again, I don’t think it has anything to do with location, it’s just Jimmy John’s
I’m utterly surprised, that you can’t get the bread toasted or get a warm sandwich. The sandwiches are cold, have little meat, and bland taste.

The only Jimmy John’s in the Sacramento area so we try to stop by everyone we are near it. The bread is different than most sandwich shops and the quality ingredients are actually fresh. Unfortunately most of the time the instructions of no tomatoes (cuz of an allergy) and cut in half is not followed. I just tried the wrap and it was also delicious and healthy. The service is pretty fast but not accurate. The inside is clean and maintained but we usually sit outside.

I tried the NEW Vito sandwich today and it was very small compared to the online advertisement. It was good not great and the cost was $9.29 for the very small pickle sandwich. I am an avid pickle lover but I won't pay that much for a small pickle sandwich again.

this location is terrible. I gave it 3 attempts hoping it would improve but no improvement. the first visit, I was in and out fairly quickly but the cashier was very rude and the store was BLASTING very annoying country music, which was offputting. the second visit i had several items, placed my order and sat down to wait. after 20 minutes no one had called it out or put the order anywhere visible to guests, I walked up to the counter and it had just been sitting there the entire time. the third time I once again had multiple items and was disappointed to learn that this location does not deliver in house, instead outsourcing to uber which took 25 minutes to get here. my coworkers hot sandwich was completely cold and all of our sandwiches were made incorrectly (and very sloppily as well). I will find a different sandwich shop

1 star because you're forced to give a tip for taking your order in person. There subs are better than Subway and on par with Jersey Mike's. Just make sure you order and pay in an App or you have to tip them for pressing a few buttons on there screen.
