Their shave ice is very soft and fluffy, not hard at all. They're also generous with the syrup but not to the point where it's too sweet. Also recommended their beef teriyaki. The beef is thin and easy to chew and there is always the right amount of sauce.
My favorite restaurant. I've been eating here since they first opened around 25 years ago. The Kazoku Chicken is amazing! I've introduced that to many friends and they all love it.

Found this place tonight on the off chance and so happy we did.
We are a family with two small children and I haven’t seen my children eat so much in ages! Food was fantastic!
Staff were also great as was the restaurant, lots of space and very clean. Thanks for having us we will be back soon!

The girl who is always there with the purple hair and takes your order is one of the laziest workers I have ever encountered. I am actually surprised to see her working there everytime I come in. Does the absolute bare minimum. No refill, forgets to bring out items you ordered, just sits there and talks. Food is good, the restaurant is okay, the service is garbage.
