The cashier who handled my money uses the same hand to grab the donuts. She has a globe on but did not change it when she grabbed my cash with the same hand. What’s the point of wearing a globe if you’re handling cash with it. Most foul thing ever will not be going back. Very unsanitary.
If you order the hot chocolate be ready to get extremely hot water with no chocolate flavor at all. Just boiled water taste

I visited this location over the weekend to try a promotion where you can mix and match a dozen for $12. I ordered several types and paid the extra charges. When I received my order, a few of the items I requested were missing.
I went back to ask about it, and the staff member seemed to have trouble hearing my request, possibly due to the noise in the store. She suggested we could just “buy” the missing items if we wanted. Another employee noticed the situation and seemed concerned. The original staff member then returned the missing items (picture), placing them on our table with a “here you go,” while making noise by hitting a nearby trash can.
I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and have ordered from many different staff members without issue. This was the first time I experienced a mistake or uncomfortable service like this. It was surprising, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Monday 11/10 approx 1030am.
The front of the store is strewn with trash. The outdoor tables are missing half their seats, leaving sharp metal supports bare at knee level. Other seats are rotten and look unsafe.
Only two people working at the store, neither greeted me, store was nearly empty.

My family and I love have loved coming here over the last decade but this past Sunday's experience left a sour taste in our mouth. This location has been amazing about participating in their Donuts for A's program which my kids love to redeem their report cards through. However this past Sunday my daughter with great excitement brought her report card with 6 A's she received this past week to this location. The employee who helped us almost immediately seemed frustrated with our redemption. She took the report card to the back office and returned shortly there after informing us that the manager said we were outside of the 7 days for redemption. The report card was received last week and no where on the program flyer is there any expiration date listed. There was even another employee asking her co-worker why she hadn't accepted the report card. This was an extremely disappointing visit and on this day we chose to support one of our local family owned donut shops instead. Hopefully this location can be better in the future when it comes to their customers.
Just passed through the drive-thru this morning. The donuts were sweet, but Marisa was even sweeter! Her personality could glaze over anyone’s bad mood. Cheerful, funny, and just a joy to talk to early in the morning. Give that girl a raise!🥰

DO NO GO TO THIS LOCATION! They use a automated drive thru ordering system, our entire menu was incorrect. You cannot edit your order and it chooses the donuts you get. They pick what you eat, you don’t get to pick. Staff is clueless to the orders and they pick the donuts at random, with their eyes closed.

Our entire order was wrong. Our entire trip there was to get specific donuts for a kids 10 and under visiting. We especially when ordering via the AI drive through ordered blue berry donuts on top of a few others. The AI def had a virus. We then asked the worker to read back the order so confirm pls. All sounded correct. We got our order and drove off not opening the box to leave that for the kids. To our sad surprise it was all wrong and not one blue berry donut. It was too late and out of our way to go back. Had to explain to the kids why we said we have their donuts and only to just have glazed.
