Yikes. $3 per donut and they can't even pay an actual person to take your order at the drive thru, you have to try and deal with a half baked AI. Went inside and was accosted by the employee taking my order. The place was clean and the donuts were good, but we will not be back.

It's really a shame because when the franchise first started in this area it was excellent. Now the staff really doesn't seem to care about anything when you go into the store. They constantly have promotions for holidays that sell out long before the holiday arrives. And trying to order on the app generally is ineffective because it constantly shows none of the donuts as available, unless you just want plain glazed.

Donuts are what you’d expect. It’s all tasty. The drive through however is now Ai powered and the ordering experience is rough. The people were great when they took over, but the Ai chat bot is not user friendly at all.

The doughnuts are legendary to most. I think they're pretty good but too sweet to have move then One. But my husband loves them so we went there to get a couple dozen. The person who helped us was completely rude like we were a bother and she didn't want to be bothered to help us and honor the coupon we had gotten emailed to us. Her name is carla. She's just unacceptably rude and shouldn't work in customer service if she can't help customers. Very disappointed. Get it together.

my visit was on 10/08/2024 I needed to get 3 dozen glazed doughnuts in a hurry for my sons class for his birthday. The ladies working there must have seen my panic because when I came back an hour later to pick them up, they were bagged up ready to go and gave me a discount on the order. They made an already hectic day (by 11 am) a much less stressful one. They were all so sweet and accommodating. Thank you so much for the amazing service. You made my day, and my sons 6th grade classmates as well.
