Donuts are what you’d expect. It’s all tasty. The drive through however is now Ai powered and the ordering experience is rough. The people were great when they took over, but the Ai chat bot is not user friendly at all.
my visit was on 10/08/2024 I needed to get 3 dozen glazed doughnuts in a hurry for my sons class for his birthday. The ladies working there must have seen my panic because when I came back an hour later to pick them up, they were bagged up ready to go and gave me a discount on the order. They made an already hectic day (by 11 am) a much less stressful one. They were all so sweet and accommodating. Thank you so much for the amazing service. You made my day, and my sons 6th grade...
