The cashier was a super nice lady I didn't get a name but she went above and beyond to give us the gold standard of customer service! The food was also great we will definitely be back 😀

inadequate staff. when I was making an order they rushed me as if they were doing me a favor. I thought it was a coincidence and the employee was just in a bad mood, but it happened again the next time, so I agree with the reviews that were written earlier about the employees in this establishment.

A very rude man of Asian appearance works at the cash register and he also prepares food, perhaps he is a co-owner of the restaurant and he does not have a manager. I saw how he scolded and humiliated his employee in front of customers. This is not decent behavior. I do not see this girl as an employee anymore.

Bad customer service, staff has an attitude. Believe the other reviews you read about that for sure. Pretty sure she cussed at me on my way out. In order to use your card, you must spend at least $5. I spent $65, noticed I hardly got any sauces, and tried to purchase more, that’s when I was told there’s a $5 minimum and I’d need cash… after already spending $65??? Only got one sauce for everything I ordered too? Ridiculous. Ono Hawaiian bbq would NEVER.

I'm a delivery driver and came to pick up a customer’s order. A woman at the counter — about 50 years old, with curly hair — ignored me for several minutes and deliberately delayed handing over the order.
When she finally spoke, she scolded me as if I were her child — in a loud, condescending tone that was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Couriers are part of the service chain, and basic respect should be non-negotiable. If this behavior continues, it will hurt your reputation and create serious issues with future deliveries.

Went here to order some food at 8:30PM and the owner said the kitchen is closed. The sign on the door says they are open until 9:00PM. Very rude responses. The other worker was clueless as well. Terrible customer service. I hope this location closes.
