Their employees shows unnecessary attitude

All the tables were dirty 3 employees and only one at register only 2 people dining in. NO reason restaurant tables should be dirty.
The employee we interacted with was less than friendly. The food was nearly eatable
Ham/cheese Crescent. Crescent was stale and the ham/cheese filling was approximately a tablespoon serving PERIOD
Will not be returning

La Bou Bakery is an absolute gem! Every visit is such a treat — from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the smell of freshly baked bread and pastries that instantly make your mouth water. Their croissants are perfectly flaky, the soups are always flavorful and comforting, and the sandwiches are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It’s the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, or even a cozy coffee break. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you haven’t been to La Bou yet, you’re missing out on one of the best bakery cafés around!

Food is fabulous, little pricey but worth it, for being more on the healthier side. You have to try the bread with the dill dipping sauce, it's so good. It's a must have but beware there is dairy in the dill sauce. This place has great half sandwhich choices along with as salad.

This is a great location! The food is fresh and fast. I don't think I waited even 5 minutes before my sandwich was out. It was made perfectly and is so delicious!

Purchased a strawberry and grape fruit cup, multiple of the strawberries and grapes were covered in mold. Definitely won’t be going back to try anything else if they can’t even offer a good fruit cup.

Let me start by saying my meal was great! But I can’t help but wonder why I was asked to tip. I get that “tipping culture” is a thing, but I had to completely serve myself. I ordered soup and a water. Filled my own water, located on one side of the room, then fetch my spoon and napkins in the other side of the room. A sign is posted they’re short staffed and only provide utensils and napkins etc “upon request.” I also had to go to the counter to grab my own food after being called a number (not a name). Kind of felt strange to me. It’s definitely deli food, but the service is like a fast food restaurant. I wasn’t even thanked for my tip. It was absolutely expected. And now I have a lady asking me to move my feet so she can sweep beneath me as I am eating. I think that can wait….

I come here weekly and just wanted to leave a shout out to the staff. They are always warm, welcoming, and quick with a smile.

Hubby enjoyed his clam chowder. My panini was blah. It was made on rye bread, so that is all I could taste. It may have been a good sandwich, but I couldn't tell. I tried taking the meat off the sandwich but could still taste the rye. My first and only time going there. I will not be back.

We've loved the food at labou for many years, but over time the service has severely declined. All of the employees look unhappy, no smiles. We went at 2:55 today, got an unfriendly stare, asked the worker if they were open, just to be polite as We know they are open until 4. She just stared at us and did not answer. So we left and came to the one in granite bay, they were inside with the doors locked. It says on the door open until 4. Why start cleaning up so early then treat your customers so rudely? Id understand if it was even 3:30 that we came, but it was 2:55!! The truth is even if you go earlier in the day it seems they are not happy, ever. It's a bummer, because we love it, but ordering food is so unpleasant.
