We have come here for years but recently it has not been the same. It’s time to clean house,new management ,new workers. The food is terrible and crazy expensive

I usually order the Spicy Thai Soup at La Bou, and it's the only thing I get. Unfortunately, today it was warm, not hot, and it instantly made me feel sick to my stomach. La Bou has been a special place for me and my wife; we've been coming here for the Spicy Thai Soup since we were dating, so there's a lot of sentimental value attached. However, after today’s experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning—this seems to be a recurring issue across all La Bou locations.

Lunch for our treatment picnic

Such rude staff! Charged $10 for a re-heated, stale breakfast sandwich. Left our food and coffees at the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes while she answered the phone, then had the nerve to say the coffee was brewing slowly…while we could see them sitting on the counter getting cold!! No excuses for this.

One of the last LA Bou in the Sacramento area. Always fresh bread, pastries, and sandwiches. Friendly staff and quick service.

Went to the Roseville location just before they were closing. Got amazing service and a very delicious ceasar salad wrap, that was big enough for my daughter and I to share.

2nd time I have ordered the Apple cake and it was definitely stale. I buy it all time from Carmichael LA bou and it is delicious. The staff is unfriendly and impolite I am handicapped/ walking stick and there were 4 employees . I asked for sweetener in my coffee was told SUGAR over THERE indicating other side of the store. Store was not busy either.
Shame because I like this franchise but not this locaton. I suggest Corporate go undercover.

Love La Bou Bakery unfortunately at this location they made me a ham sandwich and ordered a smoked turkey sandwich. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 Chinese chicken salads .

I appreciate a nice sandwich and have tried a number from different chins and hole in the wall Delis. I had high hopes for La Bou, but unfortunately I might have had too high of expectations.

I placed an order for a wild Alaskan salmon sandwich with avocado and was told that it was smoked salmon. When I got it, the piece of salmon did not taste like salmon and was very dry. The meat itself tasted like chicken and the sandwich was missing the avocado.

I wanted to play it safe and so I just placed a new order for a classic smoked turkey sandwich, feeling that you couldn’t go wrong with a smoked turkey with avocado. When I received it, the sandwich was dry and the bread and sandwich were falling apart with just holding it. There was hardly any turkey and I mostly just tasted the lettuce and tomato.

I asked for some Sriracha to give some flavor but even then, the lettuce and tomato dominated the taste.

I left feeling that I should have just gone with Quiznos. However, I really appreciated the ambience and the AC, but unfortunately, I wont be coming back.

Our sandwiches were very fresh and tasted homemade like from grandmas house, lol the staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean, they had a lot of great out door seating, perfect place to stop bye for something fresh.

So tasty! I ordered the avocado club veggie which came on a huge, soft, sourdough bun. Fresh ingredients and a great flavor profile. Their coffee is good, too!
