Food is really good! Fried rice, Chicken Chow Mein and Mongolian beef. Came out to $45. That's the most I've ever paid for Chinese food. Hence the missing star.

Leo's kitchen used to be pretty good. I ordered sweet n sour pork when I opened the container. There were really big puffy dough pieces, not even lightly crispy and a little piece of pork in all that dough. This is my take on the sweet n sour pork. Not enough pork for all that puffy chewy dough and paid full price. Terrible! Not returning again! Shouldn't do that to your customers.

Small portions for $16 lunch special...Gave me a total of 5 small walnut shrimp with small portion of fried rice and chow mein...Worth at most $10 of food....Food was a 5/10 taste.....Chopsticks off Sunrise is 100X better.....panda gave more food if you can believe that and taste better! Compare the small box to Panda on the right.....

13:30 out the door. Not bad for a great lunch special. I had the Mongolian chicken. I tiny bit salty for my taste but it was still great. For that price it was perfect. The egg roll was ok though.

Hands down, the best authentic Chinese restaurant in Roseville/Rocklin/Lincoln. The owners are very polite and the service is lightning quick. The food is amazing and never feel bloated when I eat there like I do at other Chinese restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

New to the area. Wanted genuine Chinese food. The best. Received a glowing recommendation for Leo’s, so had to go here first. Did not disappoint. Orange chicken was 10/10. Quick to take order. Fast, delicious, authentic…our go to Chinese restaurant.
