13:30 out the door. Not bad for a great lunch special. I had the Mongolian chicken. I tiny bit salty for my taste but it was still great. For that price it was perfect. The egg roll was ok though.

Leo's kitchen is our "go to Chinese food restaurant". We have been going here for about 4 years now. Always consistent food. We have never gotten ill from eating here. Everything is yummy from the soups to the appetizers (we were bad and ordered their appetizers... crispy gau gee, char siu, ribs, etc). Their selection is great and they have lunch plate specials (protein with your choice of fried rice or noodles and either an egg roll or cream cheese puff AND soup). The owners are very friendly too - try it - you won't be disappointed!

The best Kung Pao Chicken in the area. Highly recommended! It would be even better with chestnuts and veggies.

We used to really like this place but the food quality seems to be diminishing. We got general chicken with rice combo, sweet and sour chicken with chow mein combo, and hot and sour soup. Everything was oversalted. General chicken was sweet with barely any spicy flavor. Hot and sour soup was bland. No vegetables in it either. Good parts: rice was OK, sweet and sour chicken was fine, and it was nice of them to separate the chicken and sweet n sour sauce for our to-go order. Service was OK. They seemed to be indifferent about having customers. Usually people smile and have a conversation.

We used to come here a lot because it's right across from my moms place but the food has gotten bad and not consistent. One time the fried rice was very good the next time is was soggy. The crispy noodles have gotten smaller and not much sauce in them. We had to keep asking for more. Sad that it's not our go to Chinese restaurant anymore

While I like their food, I do not like the way their food is advertised on a Website they should be aware of. Be careful if you order based on the website prices, I ordered a meal at $13 and then they told me the website price was old and the price went up to $17. This is false advertising. Period. They should update their on-line menu prices. I told them I did not agree with surprise increase pricing, and that is wrong to advertise one price and then charge another price. It was not just fifty cents higher but several dollars higher. I will not order from them if they can't update their prices to reflect what they actually charge. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Last night we went for an early dinner. We arrived a little after 4 pm. Very quiet for a little while then other customers started arriving. Seemed to be more to go orders getting picked up also. I usually get the honey walnut shrimp with out cabbage or lettuce under the shrimp. I don't eat it any way. Just gets in the way. Happy they understand and keep it off. Also very friendly at this family owned business.

It's our 1st time here. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff. It's very clean inside. Family friendly. Clean bathrooms. Food servings are good for the price and delicious. Attentive staff. We'll definitely visit again if we're in the area

Great food. It wasn't too busy, yet the service was slow.

Hands down, the best authentic Chinese restaurant in Roseville/Rocklin/Lincoln. The owners are very polite and the service is lightning quick. The food is amazing and never feel bloated when I eat there like I do at other Chinese restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Tried chicken noodle soup, was disappointed that they used sauteed chicken cooked in oil and sweet brown sauce making this oily and unhealthy oily. This was glazed over soggy egg noodles. The item should be renamed to "Sauteed chicken in brown sauce" over noodles. The broth on the side was bland and generic. Hoping this was more of plain boiled chicken with chicken based broth as how most chinese restaurants cook it. The spring roll was dry, hard and chewy. This place is a no for me as having had authentic chinese food and regular chinese takeout, I will not be a regular customer here.

New to the area. Wanted genuine Chinese food. The best. Received a glowing recommendation for Leo’s, so had to go here first. Did not disappoint. Orange chicken was 10/10. Quick to take order. Fast, delicious, authentic…our go to Chinese restaurant.

Couldn't even bite into the ribs. I did like the egg rolls but not enough to Ever return.
