The photo on the right is what I showed to the manicurist. I asked for a bit of bling, too. The photo on the left is what I got. They were well done, but not really what I wanted. My fault for not speaking up. I'll give them another try, but will insist they listen. Could have been 5 stars.

This nail salon is wonderful. They are quick and friendly. The place is always clean and the staff is always talkative. I have never had to wait more than 5 mins to sit down and get started. The pricing I also think is very fair for the work they do. Overall great place to go to.

I just had the BEST experience here! I thought I could do my own dip at home with a Nailboo kit....boy was I wrong. I ended up gluing all the skin surrounding my nail to the nail, and it felt horrible! LUX NAILS graciously allowed me to come in right before closing, and fixed my crisis and my nails look fabulous! They didn't even charge for my own silly mistake. Great service and very talented staff!!! I WILL be going back! ?Services: Nail polish changes

John is by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time for mani/pedi. First, he gives a great massage. Not just rubbing lotion into my calves as I’ve experienced at many salons. I showed him what I wanted for my Halloween nails and he did them perfectly. Highly recommend!Services: Foot massages

I had a pleasant experience at Lux Nails Lounge. The staff was friendly and the quality of their work was satisfactory. However, I was taken aback when I received the bill. They charged an additional $15 for gel, which I found surprising, as it's typically a $5 add-on elsewhere. For a simple pedicure and manicure, the cost exceeded $100 due to this unexpected charge. While they provide good service, it's worth noting that Lux Nails Lounge is notably pricier compared to other nail salons I've visited.

This is by far the best nail salon in town!!I had my nails done by Ann she's amazing and my pedicure with Jenny- out of this world. Everyone there is so friendly and make me feel like family when I go there, I enjoy KL , and Tanya too, everyone is happy friendly and inviting, the salon is very sophisticated, classy, clean and sterilized when you go there you feel comfortable, I am now a customer for life!!!
