Food was tasty. I had the pork belly taco and it was very tasty.

Probably the best surf & turf burrito I've had in roseville. The shrimp didn't taste like seafood and the carne was super flavorful and moist. I added some @tinashotchili for some extra flair.

DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE! Masa Masa is a whole vibe from the moment you walk in. The music, the staff, the atmosphere, everything just feels welcoming. They hand you a menu so you can take your time and enjoy choosing from all the amazing options.
The flavors here are bright and fresh, and the combinations are creative in the best way. I talked with one of the owners about how I want to try every taco on the menu because each one I’ve tried has been its own exciting experience. And yes, each taco really is a full flavor moment. No exaggeration.
One thing I absolutely love is that they donate a portion of the proceeds from each taco to different charities. Every taco supports a specific cause. So while my belly is deeply, joyfully happy, my heart is right there too.
My first visit I brought a plant based friend and she had plenty to choose from and loved what she ordered. I went with the elote and two classics, pork al pastor and carne asada. Perfect. On my most recent visit I tried the fried shrimp with elote topping and the Korean BBQ taco. Total flavor explosion and two completely different experiences. And the michelada was exactly what I needed.
I’m already planning my next visit. The pork belly and garlic shrimp are next on my list.
If you want delicious food that genuinely feels good to support, go to Masa Masa. You will absolutely want to come back.

Small place and can be hard to get a seat, but omg the surf and turf burrito... Now that's a Meal. Forget Chipotle have something good.
Be sure to try all 3 hot sauces. Green for middle, red for medium and go orange for the heat.

I had the vegan avocado taco, the Al pastor taco, and the steak Carne Asada taco. All three were amazing. I also had the mimosa flight which was so fun. Service was great. The only problem with atmosphere is it is small and there were a lot of families with little kids there otherwise, this is an amazing place. Excellent food excellent service.

This place is amazing. Been here at least 10 times, the food is always superb, the workers are always friendly. I only wish the dining room was larger. Taco selection is great and the garlic shrimp tacos with mango is one of my favorites. Glad to have them close by. Go try them out you will not be disappointed.

If you think tacos are forever a meat-only mood, Masa Masa is here to slide into your DMs — politely, loudly, and with a wedge of lime. This small, buzzy spot somehow manages to feel like a neighborhood fiesta and a clever taco lab at the same time. 🌮✨
Now let’s talk the plant-powered goods, because yes — this place does veggies well. The cauliflower taco is fresh, crunchy, seasoned, and never boring. They clearly label vegetarian dishes and are happy to swap meat for beans on many options, so vegans and flexitarians can build a taco lineup that actually excites. The fried avocado taco will have you coming back again and again. 🥑
Sangria flights for sharing? YASS — maybe bring a friend who can handle the sweetness.🍷
Heads-up: it’s not a cheap street-taco truck vibe — the prices aim a little high but the flavors and portions make it work. Masa Masa treats veg options like headline acts, not afterthoughts. Bring an appetite, bring patience for a full house, and bring a friend to split a sangria flight. Worth the trip. 🌮🥦🔥
How I break down my ⭐️ reviews:
1 - Not if it was the last thing on DoorDash. 🗑️
2 - Meh. Maybe if I’m close, and high. 😬
3 - Mid. Not texting the group chat about it. 🤷♀️
4 - Hella solid. Planning my next visit. 😋
5 - Shut up! Take my money. Om Nom Nom. 🔥

I don't quite know how to put into words our experience. From the fresh made salsas and corn tortillas to the unique sauces for every individual taco. My mind was blown. It was like a flavor bomb went off in my mouth. I actually went back in and ordered 2 more tacos. And yes, the same thing happened with both those tacos. BOOM. This place will ruin your love of any other taco place. None of the that is the reason why id keep coming back here. Their story and their beliefs and their attitudes and their sense of community would be the number one reason why we'd keep coming back. They just happen to have what should be award winning food to accompany those things. Do your mouth and soul a favor and give them your time, you won't regret it.

We got a few options all of them were delicious. What really stood out was the churro, its basically a churro donut thats served hot with ice cream on top, it tasted so good and was gone in about a minute.

We love their mexican inspired food. Emily was friendly and took care of us. They have the persona of a full restaurant mixed with family owned small buisness. We ordered their burrito bowl, chicharone and sweet pork taco (different flavor profile).
Can't wait to try their chilaquiles. (served only on the weekends)
