We got a happy meal for my brother wich was 1 good and 2 bad 6 nugs instead of 4 no chocolate milk nor fries the mickflurry was liquid and we did not get right away

I rarely make bad reviews. Only when there is no excuse. A simple order screwed up. Not the fault of the cashier they got it right. When I drive all the way back to the store. I wait for the staff to socialize with people before acknowledgment of me. I politely explain the issue. I get a smart remark back. 2 hamburgers with only onions. He says no patty or bread just the onions. Are you kidding me? Justified why I rarely eat here. Short on time and low blood sugar to boot. Very frustrating.

The worst food ever. This place used to be good in the early 2000's. It's horrible now. No greetings, no thank you for coming, and the food is horrific. The mix the old fries with the new ones. Back in the day, McDonald's had the best fries ever. Not any more. My fish fillet had to be warm in the microwave. Unacceptable when I spent $12 on bullshit. Warren

The atmosphere is ok.... No one really pays attention to the front, so if a person doesn't feel comfortable ordering with the kiosk machine, then they are gonna wait a very long time..
The food isn't the best I've had from Mc'Ds cold fries, rubbery pies, from setting under the heating lamp and not being changed out and chicken sandwiches are hard from the chicken also sitting too long under a heat lamp.... 😅🤣😂 They will serve you bad food with a straight face...😳🙄
The cool thing is if you tell them when placing the order to give you fresh food, there aren't any complaints!!!

I bet there once in Roseville, you cannot order for the counter anymore. You have to use a kiosk with many menus one after the other. They do not care about customers and greeting them anymore. You could go to In-N-Out for cheaper and better food cage chicken better food less expensive Much nicer employees always cleaner. I contacted McDonald’s. They told me that the owner called me. It never happened. They do not reply to the corporate message. They say yes they will. Everybody don’t go to McDonald’s.
