Worst customer service Worst management and terrible customer service. Staff were unprofessional, slow, and clearly poorly managed. My issue was ignored and no one took responsibility. Very disappointing experience—definitely not coming.

Whoever took my order was really rude. I just wanted to order breakfast. And then he got my order wrong. Paid for food and then it was missing the egg and cheese on everything.

Watched several customers and myself get shorted cheese on all orders with no communication from staff, literal line in the store of drive thru returns over it.
I interpret this as theft/blatant choice to rip people off with at LEAST one shift manager complacent. It aint hard to be honest.
Good luck with that quality control guys, hope the stakeholders ain’t asking “why are we down in sales” with all the mid level management wondering why their jobs is just “gone”.
