One star for the cashier. I ordered a meal, an additional drink and two mcchichen. She some how entered incorrectly and caused the total higher than what supposed to be. Luckily the manager was there to correct her. She gave me a look. She did messed up the drink. Food was ok but the cashier should receive more training not to overcharge customers.

I was very discriminated against just because I am Vietnamese they didn’t give my order I asked for help and they ignored me a lot and went to the white man who was behind me and I was the first one but they didn’t even say anything or help me and I had to wait in the line for 20 mins when I was the first person to be served.

It's about 30-45 minutes until closing and I wait in line for about 15 minutes being third in line. This is unacceptable.When I finally got to the register, the cashier walks away without getting to address some matter in the back. The cashier returns a few minutes late and advised they only had 3 items left (quarter pounder meat, spicy mcchicken patty and fish filet patty). The listed and posted closing time was 9pm. There were 3 other customers behind me. A restaurant should maintain the full menu up to the closing time.I ended up walking away without making a purchase. I lost about 20 minutes standing in line.
I was ordered two Mcchicken and large fries. When I open. Only two bread and some lettuce. Mcchicken without chicken.......It's cost $8.71.

Was confused about a mobile order was being charged more than it was supposed to be on my phone I had a employee ask one of the managers named Denny about the order and then she came to the register and rang it up and then was like yeah $6.40 the same total on your phone. when the total was supposed to only be for two Apple pies and a free 10 piece Which I showed her she then proceeded to be like you ordered a fry just like It said on your phone. My phone did not mention a fry at all The whole time she has a snobby attitude. The Worker quickly brings out my food too which she snaps with an attitude "No fry's he didn't want the fries just pies and nuggets no pies." "Just pies and nuggets." And left. I am a manager of a store in the same mall and the customer service by all the other employees was amazing the manager on the other hand was terrible.

Rude employees. They're always broke ice cream something. Prices went WAY UP. I just got a sprite and two mcchickens and it was $9.55. Never will McDonald's be worth paying that, especially with the garbage they put on the food that they have the audacity to charge damn near a dollar extra for. The tomato was also awful tasting so I took it off of the sandwich anyway.
