I see lots of complaints about this McDonald's, but I can only tell you about my personal experiences. I only show up for breakfast or for lunch at this location, and I have not had one single problem. It's much faster than going to the McDonald's down the street on sunrise, as that one is very busy. When I go to this McDonald's, many times I'm the only one in line. I get my food fast, and correct every time. I feel bad for those whose orders have been messed up after reading the reviews, and maybe someday mine will be screwed up too, but so far, I've gone countless times, and my orders have been perfect every time. Perhaps I'm just lucky in that regard. If I had anything to nitpick, sometimes I get a girl at the pickup window who doesn't make eye contact, and doesn't say thank you when giving me my food. I usually reply, "you're welcome" to the silence, but she doesn't care. I would think if you are now making $20 an hour, you should at least say thank you for spending money at your business. Not all of the pickup window girls are like that there, just a particular one.
Order food on the app. Arrive. Turns out they don't have chicken (for crsipy). My app won't let me re-order (because I can't pick up the order I posted). So, I order inside... after finishing my meal, discover green potato fry (aren't those poisonous?)

Rude employees, cussing about people. Telling people in line they are short staffed!! Guess what it’s not our problem… Hailey rude rude rude unprofessional and ghetto!!!

My order usually includes well done fries without salt. I am looking for crispy fries - sometimes I get them, sometimes not. The staff think I want fresh fries, but I am looking for crispy. There's nothing they can add describing the order except for well-done and no salt. When I explain what I am looking for, I get it. This time they gave my dogs a pup cup!!! I didn't ask, the service person asked if she could give my dogs one. They shared it and loved it!! It was their first. We really enjoyed and appreciated it!!!! Thank you very much!!!!Parking: Disabled, pick up, and 'waiting for food' from drive up, spaces are clearly marked.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp is near the disabled parking. No long trips in order to get into building from parking.
