Guys, this is not serious!!! Every time when I order at drive thru, you always do something wrong! ALWAYS!!! I ordered 2 milas, and you gave me one; I ordered a bagel with sausages, and you gave me bagel with steak! Today, I ordered a home breakfast with a hot cake, and you didn't include the hot cake!!!! I don't have the time to check my order every time, so please be more attentive!!!!!!

Location regularly screws up McDelivery orders and conveniently doesn’t include “free” items when redeeming rewards to use towards it. App makes you go through 3rd party courier (I.e. Uber Eats) who can do nothing about it - as it wasn’t their fault.

Which is McDonald’s? You cannot order from the counter anymore. Tweeted by hello welcome to McDonald’s. You have to order from the kiosk and go through multiple menus through there before you could check out. I had asked texting email reviews they told me owners would call me and they never did everybody go to In-N-Out or Cane‘s chicken or habit better food less expensive and they actually greet you welcome thank you you don’t need a McDonald’s.

The older lady that takes payment at window 1 was super rude. I asked her a question about my receipt and she gave me horrible attitude and told me the amount again instead of repeating my order back to me. 2/22 around 1pm. Horrible customer service.
