This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They always take forever with the food and this morning I had an online order this morning 5:40 nobody was helping me and I had to leave without my food.

I ordered extra sauce on my mcrib and paid for it and for the second time I did not get it. When you order thru the drive-thru they should be accurate.

This is one of my favorite McDonald's in the states, the food are almost always freshly made. This place is clean and bright.
One instance I mobile ordered a cheeseburger and went to pick up half an hour later. The person literally took out my cold burger and get me a new/warm one. I was pleasantly surprised.
One thing I would change is to maybe have a shelf or place to put the mobile orders? I mean the service is fast, but would be better if I don't have to always talk to someone to grab my mobile order for me.
Oops one more thing to add, the bushes at the exit of the drive through block a lot of view, so you'll need to be extra careful when leaving the driveway.

They had me pull out of the drive thru and park, telling me that I just had to wait a couple of minutes for the hash brown to cook. No big deal. I didn't mind, just meant I'd get a fresh hash brown. After waiting about 5 minutes they came out and gave us our food. We left and started driving only to realize too late for me to want to turn around and go back through traffic that there was NO hash brown. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but aside from me having to wait extra time I also paid for something I didn't get. Just annoying all around.
Online order took longer than expected. Clean restaurant, staff was busily working away from customer eyes. There were a few families enjoying the play area.
Every single time my girlfriend and I go to the location they always mess something up. We get the same order every time, nothing complicated.
I'll ask for extra onions and 90% of the time they give me none at all. Is this out of spite?
