Went in for a to go order, no issues. Clean and modern but also looked inviting-ish and not too sterile. Didn't interact with the staff too much but they were nice when I did. REALLY appreciated they have a play-place still, it looked open so I'll have to go back with my son soon!

we placed an order with a number tent but didn’t find it adter we turned around, turns out someone else had used it and got our food, and they didn’t refund or talk to them. terrible service

I went to this McDonald's location on Sierra College Blvd. at Douglas Blvd. in Granite Bay late yesterday morning, early afternoon, Sunday June 29th, 2025. This is My first time going to this McDonald's location. I went inside; the atmosphere was really good. While I was waiting, a young lady had complimented on My outfit, I was wearing American Flag swimming shorts and a Hawaiian style short sleeve shirt with buttons. I used the Buy One Get One Any Sandwich Promo on the receipt. I ordered two Hot and Spicy McChicken Sandwiches by themselves. This is My second time ordering the Hot and Spicy McChicken Sandwich, the first time was on Friday June 27th, 2025, at the McDonald's location in Antelope on Walerga Rd.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They always take forever with the food and this morning I had an online order this morning 5:40 nobody was helping me and I had to leave without my food.
