Great good. But service has been terrible. I remember my first time and everyone acknowledged me making sure I’ve been helped. The last two visit has been dull and lack of customer service values. No idea what changed. But not a place I’d like to go frequently due to poor services.

Exceptional service. I love how welcoming this establishment is and how I instantly was greeted and asked if I needed any help. As someone who is a second timer, i was very grateful. My boy Greg (manager I think) is doing good things as everyone in his staff seems to all provide the same quality of service to all. They work as a team and they that’s the Mendocino experience. I wish I got the name of the young man with glasses and long hair, bro is a g and knows his stuff

Love the food! Staff unfriendly, Roseville location is always missing items like lids for cups, drink in the jugs etc. Multiple times observed staff closing an hour before actual close time, using cleaning solutions and putting up chairs even with people still eating their dinner.
Would not recommend for take out. Door dash has ruined this restaurant. Wait times are usually 45+ minutes and orders are never on time. Food is ok but definitely not worth the trouble.

I do enjoy eating here, the food is great and so is the customer service. Today, Adam took my order. He was patient and very knowledgeable about what items were in a few salads I was interested in. Management is great here, always present and making sure procedures and customers service is top notch.

Had the best time. Was greeted by Samantha, who was fabulous. It was my friends first time and she explained her favorite, asked if we had any questions, and she came back around to check on us later after receiving our food. Very excited about the vegan menu coming and will be back to try. Also. U must try pomegranate mint lemonade.
