Gelato was a good flavor but wow what a rude employee! She would rather be on her phone than helping customers. Don’t ask her a question she might need to look away from her phone! She said you can only get A cookie if you ask for one, but they didn’t have any anyway.
$5 for the smallest cup size seems a little pricey, but there was actually a good portion of gelato in it. So much so that most of us couldn't fully finish it, lol. It was good, so was the service. The employees were really nice and helped us take a group picture when we asked. Not as good as the nearby Salt & Straw, and not the best gelato/ice cream in general, but I'd still probably come again. 4/5.
This place is awesome. The owner Alan is very professional and caring. My son had a terrible accident just before his birthday and had to spend his birthday in the hospital. I went to order a gelato cake expecting it to cost $65. When I went to pay he told me it was on tge house. I couldn't believe it. This really touched me. I guess there are some good and caring people in California. I will tell you that this cake was so delicious. I am a Carvel ice cream cake perso so...
