I got the cookies and cream donut and the strawberry funnel cake and definitely recommend getting one. Also bought a corn dog and the batter was raw so didn’t finish. the strawberry milk tea with matcha was fine tasted like strawberry milk lol yum. while some may say it was uninviting because the workers are in the back I thought it was fine, both came out to check on us and we ordered through the kiosk.

We drove 30 minutes plus to try this specific place. Unable to wait for the order I side because the chemical smell is so strong. Bathrooms out of order and was really irritated about the little kiosk.... the person working was probably alone so he had to keep going to the back. Overall really disappointing after such a long drive to get there, we just left without eating there because of the cleaning solutions smell. Foods always yummy no matter what location we go to. Needs more staffing and some form of fan after using such a heavy disinfectant. Even my kids said it hurt their throat.

I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, even those who haven't tried Korean food! I recommend the Hot Cheeto Korean Corndog with Mozz Cheese in the middle! And don't even get me started on the donuts.. it's a whole new texture and flavor that blows even Crumbl and Krispy out of the water.

Well, the food is good. It took only 9 minutes from order submission to receive my food (one mochinut and one classic koreadog).
However, the service experience is weird. It's almost like a ghost kitchen, where you interface with a kiosk and no human is present until you get your order.
You also have no context of how long your food will take because you're essentially just standing alone in a room with an order number. They should have a Currently Making, Currently Serving board up like In&Out or McDonald's.
The last comment I'll make is, the atmosphere is super uninviting. The music was so loud it hurt my ears, so I just stood outside to wait for my order. They clearly don't want anyone sitting and eating at the tables, it wouldn't be easy to talk. This is an easy issue to solve, so I hope they do so.

This is the third time I tried to be a customer here… I just can’t give them my business. Each time I was put off by the tiny little display, the requirement of making my order on a screen, the high prices for a tiny doughnut and the horrible pink decor. Today I tried for the last time to give them my business. But when the guy behind the counter pointed to the screen for me to order, then pointed at the bell and said “If you need any further assistance just ring this bell, then he walked into the back, it was a put-off, like he didn’t care about the customer. I can take my money elsewhere.

If you love egg-y doughnuts like I do you'll make this a regular stop. Reminds me of sweet Yorkshire Pudding or cruellers. Yummy.
