The staff here is very nice, they embody everything it means when we say "customer first customer always" I actually made a mistake in my order (i said the wrong thing) and they were adiment they could start over I declined because I was taken back by how professional they handled the situation. A few minutes later they over cooked a few of my pizzas and it was a reminder that we are all human (and I ended up with the pizzas I wanted) I will def come back here as often as I can. The staff here on 12/13/24 evening shift deserves recognition. Thanks for hiring high quality young people

I went by one evening and had ordered a gluten free pizza, long story short it was made wrong. Their was a young lady who was helping me darker skin, she had a unique name, glasses with black hair that was in a wrap. The gentleman who was issuing me the refund didn't know how, so she came over to do it, after being called to help with one of the machines. Her staff was calling her left and right but she was helping all over the place with a smile. I normally don't write reviews but she turned what could've been a bad experience into a great one. Thank you

Went to MOD tonight to support a local fundraiser for our friend’s kid. Was disappointed to hear that they had recalled their high chairs and this wasn’t a high priority for management to make sure they had them in the building. Considering they have a kids menu and are a family joint I would expect more. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good, staff was friendly enough, tables didn’t seem to be cleaned recently. Just all together was a disappointing visit. I won’t be back.
Taylor, Jack, and Ash are really cool people. Amazing customer service and bomb pizza ? the atmosphere is clean and the food is delicious. The gluten free pizza is my fav.

As many toppings as you want, meats, cheeses, veggies, the works! You can get the mod size, sure, but for a couple extra bucks you can get a salad that serves 2-4 people and it is an absolute STEAL.
